Has all of the features we need. Fit and finish is great. Had to adjust the height a bit to makes sure it fit flush with our counter top. No loud beeps on timer or when the oven gets to temp. All burners heat very quickly as does the oven. The delivery contractor that Home Depot in Williamsburg did a great job notifying me of the delivery and being on time as well as removing the old range.

I purchased this range about 3 years ago and so far it has performed perfectly. I was specifically looking for a slide in range that offered a clean edge to the countertop. Don't expect the top to stay scratch or bubble free. I have not seen a top of this kind to not ever do that. It all depends on how well you maintain/clean it vs normal wear and tear of a stove. I've had bubbles show up at first that later on went away. Oven is a nice size and I love the 3 rack system. I have only used the self cleaning oven feature once. The fumes were too intense but it did the job for just one hour of running it. The double timer is a nice feature. I use it all the time. The sound of the timer is low so make sure you are near when using but I don't think is so low that you will miss it altogether (unless you are cranking music). So far it has definitely met my expectations. The only negatives I have are not negative enough to not purchase the range if you are looking for a slide in range with a clean lip (there are not many available out there). Negatives: digital interface is easy to push by accident when cleaning but there's a lock button to avoid that. I still can't figure out how to use the thermometer in the oven without the oven turning off. Tried cooking a turkey with it in it and it read the outside temperature as the done temperature instead of the internal temperature. It then automatically turns the oven off if it thinks it has reached the correct temperature. So we just took the thermometer out and used our own. Again, I believe this is is simply user error but that feature doesn't seem to be intuitive.

Easy to use. Control panel is very clear. Stove top heats up quickly and the warming circle is very helpful. Really pretty to look at.

I purchased this range in early 2018 along with all new stainless steel appliances when we renovated our kitchen. There are numerous problems: First, the front knobs are very easy to turn on when you lightly bump into it. To me this is a critical safety issue especially when children are around. Second, the center touch panel between the knobs makes it easy to accidentally turn on the oven or warming burner (when cleaning or children playing). Third, within two weeks of using the stove we have a chip on one side of the ceramic top where the lip over hangs the countertop. We have no idea how this happened as we never dropped a pot or anything heavy on it. I noticed it when cleaning. It is not unusual to take a hot plate out of the 'over the range microwave' or pick up a very hot pot of boiling water and realize that you don't have a good grip on it before quickly putting it down on the stove top. DON'T as this may easily crack your ceramic top. Samsung nor your Asurion insurance (that you might add to your appliance purchase) will cover this as it is considered “physical damage”! Fourth, Samsung is the worst company that we have ever dealt with. They have not been consistant or forthright about so many issues. For example, we were told that they never received the multiple photos that we sent, after I received a confirmation email from the representive that I sent it to. Although we were promised a technician would come out to the house to evaluate the knobs, now they are telling us that they won’t/aren’t able to send a technician out, as they don’t cover our area. REALLY? They delivered it. The only people who have responded to any or our inquiries or complaints work for the warrenty dept. They seem to read from the same script and refuse to acknowledge that there is appliance to appliance variability as products come off of the manufacturing line and some will invariably have problems. We have another range with front knobs and to turn them on takes significantly greater and continuous pressure to actuate. I have no concerns regarding safety of this different manufactured range. Fifth, and maybe this should have been first, but the delivery of all of our Home Depot appliances (other manufacture products included) was delayed, without notice to us, because the Samsung stove was not in stock as promised for the delivery. Unfortunately, we had not carefully read the reviews prior to our purchase. However, there are not many slide in convection oven ranges. So, read all of the negative reviews. They reflect the same issues that I have mentioned above. Samsung will admit to these reports from other consumers, but will not make good or change their product because “it meets Samsung specifications”. Samsung is a HORRIBLE company. Do not buy a Samsung appliance.

It looks pretty and works well so far. Good price for such a sleek looking piece.

I have had the stove 24 hours so don't have much to review yet but I love it's look and features. My only complaint so far is the Timer Beep. It needs a volume control. I have to be right next to the stove almost to be able to hear it. Not going to help me when I am sitting in the next room waiting for it to go off.

I’ve owned this range for over a year. It works very well. Water boils quickly, oven bakes evenly. To me, it is very high quality. The finishes, ergonomic knobs/design, and the large touch display make it feel high-tech and easy to use. The design is minimal and sleek and would look nice in most kitchens

Great looking unit which goes well with entire Samsung Kitchen we purchased for vacation home. Samsung makes a very good product. Second such suite we bought for vacation property. Never a disappointment.

I read the reviews, both good and bad...we are two weeks into this and so far so good. Our only complaints are: the timer alarm is rather soft in tone and there is no way to increase the volume and the cook top surface is tough to keep clean. I have been using a dust free cloth with cleaner and then the stove top cleaner after that....but even with that I still get streaks. I am nervous to try the self cleaning mode as other reviews have indicated problems with the stove when they have used that mode. As for looks, its very modern, and the oven is a good size..but that comes at a price because the drawer underneath the oven is rather small. Overall it has nice features and for a stainless steel range/stove with convection, I think its a good deal.

I love the look of this range! It matches my other appliances and has so many cool features. This is my first oven with convection and it also has other settings such as dehydrating, roasting, etc. At first I had an issue with pressing the key pad with my stomach when I was leaning over to cook on the top, but then realized there was a lock. Locking it will be essential. Lol

Do NOT Buy Bought 6 months ago during a kitchen remodel the only reason I replaced our slide in stove witch was a Frigidaire that was over 10 years old with a smooth top was my wife wanted stainless The stove top looks worse after cleaning then the old Frigidaire that still sitting in the Garage. Here another thing the new one has only been installed for 60 days. This is my first review . Please don't purchase I ask a clerk at home depot biggest waste of time after talking to three different people. I know its not their fault they didn't build it. If you can see the attach picture this is after using the special cleaner I purchased per Home depot recommendation. Please remember this isn't our first glass top stove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Especially like adjustable size burners and even cooking oven. Convection cooks poultry golden brown and is moist inside. Cooks, biscuits, brownies pies and cakes beautifully. I had a 12 year old GE range that I had to move pans on oven racks around to get even browning results. Like two options on oven cleaning. Thus far I am happy with range. Very stylish too.

Self Install went well. Took power cord off of 7yr old range and put it on new range. Adjusted legs and slid range back to the wall. Installers would do this but only if you buy a new power cord :( In the evening, cannot read the settings on the knobs unless a strong kitchen light is turned on. Do like not having the clean counter appearance with the front mounted controls. Also took the 5 year extended warranty on the range after our daughter had a lot of trouble with her Samsung refrigerator.

Design good

The only issues we had with this product had nothing to do with the product and were completely related to our house design! The fast boil and warming center are great features to have and it has adjustable feet to get it to the perfect height of your counter. We have only had the product for about a month but we are extremely satisfied so far! Another great product by Samsung.

This range was delivered on 12/9/16 as part of a four piece set of Stainless appliances. In less than three months, the range top already has three chips on it and the top is very difficult to keep clean. My first smooth top range was a Maytag. I had the Maytag set for 13 years and the range was very easy to keep clean, never had a chip and never needed a service call. I gave the Maytag set away in near perfect condition as part of a kitchen upgrade to stainless - Big mistake. Have reached out to Samsung, but am not looking for anything to come of the contact....

This range is amazing! It replaced the basic stove/oven that came with our house that was just okay. The stove boils quickly and keeps a simmer perfectly; the warming center is a wonderful feature too. The oven stays at whatever temperature you set and being able to see what the temperature is in the oven is very convenient. My Christmas cookies, meringues included, all came out beautifully and with all the space in there I was as able to cook multiple cookie sheets at once. I love this slide in and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade.

My true rating is about a 4.5, but we can't assign half stars so I'm going to round up. This is a fantastic range and feature packed, but it has a few minor annoyances that I would have expected to be resolved for this price range. First the good... It has 4 burners and a "warming center" . We're still getting the hang of the warming center, but I can see the value. The burners heat up FAST, I'm shocked at how quick they are able to bring a pot to boil. I'm not sure if my old range was just that bad, or if this one is just that good... but it's quick! Also worth noting, because this is a slide in unit without side lips or a backsplash the working space on the range is noticeably larger than the free standing unit it replaced. We can fit all four of our largest pans on this range without the handles crowding each other out. The convection oven is AMAZING. The fans are pretty quite all things considered and they create amazing baked goods that are just perfect all the way through. There are no hot/cold spots in this oven, it's even temperature all the way through. The design is very modern, but also classic. This range will stay in style for a long time and look great in the kitchen. All stainless and black, even the knobs. The LCD display is clear and modern, and if you have a Samsung fridge (we do) the blue LCDs match very nicely with the fridge's LCD. Baking has a timer feature, when the bake time is over it ramps the temperature down to a hold/keep warm temperature. WHAT A GREAT FEATURE! Don't worry about over cooking your muffins while you run downstairs to grab more paper towels... it will shut the heat off and start purging it out the front vents. And now the bad... (and the half star deduction) The installation was quick, but I won't say painless. Single plug, started right up, easy, until it was time to level the range that is. My counter has a lip higher than the back, which requires me to either lift the whole rang up and set it down in place, or raise the feet / slide it in place / lower the feet. Unfortunately, the rear feet are COMPLETELY inaccessible from the outside of the unit. Most units allow you to remove the storage drawer and access the rear feet but not this unit. The only way I could do this as to climb into the hole with the range, push it almost against the wall, and slowly turn the legs with my feet and a wrench. The LCD display looks lovely, and it is, but it is ridiculously easy to activate one of the buttons on the touch screen. My shirt brushing the LCD panel while I was cleaning the range top today activated the Convection Oven... MY SHIRT. And the final complaint I have is the trim piece they give you to fill the gap between the wall and the range. If you have a backsplash, and most of us do, this trim piece is worthless... it doesn't allow the unit to slide back any further than the backsplash which actually makes the trim gap LARGER. I ended up taking an angle grinder to the trim and shaping it to fit the backsplash and then coating it in black enamel. The bottom line... Every appliance has it's annoyances. This has a couple, but they're really petty annoyances. When you sit down and think about what this is supposed to do: cook your food, you realize it does it EXCEPTIONALLY well. Burners get hot fast and are easy to control, oven bakes evenly and accurately. This is king of the ranges right now.

I selected this range based on the upscale features and design of the product. I am very impressed with the large knobs on the front of the range, which are featured on many upscale appliances. They move and function with perfection. They require pushing in to turn and select, so they do not accidentally move on their own. I also selected this range for the specialty features and functions of the oven. The oven bakes on both convection and standard bake settings. It also includes a convection roast and slow cook setting. The oven ALSO offers a bread proofing cycle, steam clean AND self cleaning functions. There are additional custom settings for favorite and easy cook cycles. There are five surface cooking areas, with two larger burners in the front with the optional small surfaces within them for smaller pots. The front two burners heat to 3000 watts, the warming burner in the back center only to 100 watts. The back two burners heat to 1200 watts. They are nicely spaced with plenty of cook-top surface. The oven comes with two racks and no broiling pan. The broiling option for this stove requires the oven door to be closed. The steam cleaning function is very nice for lighter cleaning, and takes less time and less energy to complete. This is a very nice feature of this product. Overall, I love the look and design of this range, as the slide-in style looks more custom to me, fitting into a counter-top easily. The interior of the oven is large and easily accommodates my largest roasting pan with room for another level of baking. My favorite features are the control panel, the knobs, and the specialty oven functions. A printed instruction manual is included, as well as brackets to attach to the wall to prevent any tipping injury with small children in the home.

bought this in 2019, had to use warranty service within first year to replace control board because oven had trouble regulating temperature. frozen lasagna still frozen after 1 hour 425 degrees. still had trouble after, but the oven allows you adjust the temperature error rate under settings. adapt, overcome. next, after the three year mark, oven threw up a c21 error code. replaced temperature sensor as per samsung troubleshooting, still overheating. fine wont use oven. now oven element will turn on when top stove burner is turned on. like design and how it sits flush on counter, but electronics are not quality.

Totally defective product, after only 2 years, the panel is turning itself on - please see video - talked with Samsung and they were unhelpful, there is no support for this. The other day the broiler turned itself on while I was out of the house. After doing some looking around online, I found other people had this issue after using the self-cleaning feature.

I bought this 2 years ago, the oven turns itself on and off when no one is near it, beeps randomly and the top row of buttons stopped working for 2 weeks. Terrible product.

DO not lean against stove. Burners easily turn on.

The stove has accidentally turned on high 4 times. My husband came home & the stove was on high for 9 hrs. DANGEROUS

occasionally early in the morning i find the range fan to be on even so the unit was not used. two times (after the repair) when i was baking the unit locked the door, displaying "too hot" and does not let me open the range door. i had to kill the circuit breaker to get to my cooked food. when i open the door to bast the turkey and close the door the range still reads the set temperature. but it is not correct and the oven does not increase the heat. i don't like the stove top shows too much smear . it really takes lot of cleaning not to show grease smears.

This over/stovetop worked great for exactly two years. It preheats quickly, cooks perfect, the stove top looks great although it is easily stained. But after two years one of the motors in the fans stopped working, the top fan continued to work but cooking is difficult because heat is not evenly distributed. I've been waiting 11 weeks not for a replacement part. Don't know if that's the fault of the company I hired to fix it or because these parts are extremely difficult to find. I'm very disappointed, I never expected to pay $1600 for something that would only work for 2 years and would be this hard to fix!

had range for less that a year and it almost caught on fire. turned oven on to cook and smoke and a plastic smell started coming out of the over. turned out to be a short in the main board. fried the board and wire harness. both needed to be replaced. this happened 2 times. first time it happened it was just the board that was replaced, 2nd time was the board and wire harness

main burner only seems to work on high setting, after 15 months after install, with probably only 7 months of use.
