We put these in our new home and they have been wearing well for 2 years. Plus, they are pretty to look at. We did have an issue with one, and Schlage was very easy to work with and reimbursed us for replacing the door lever system.

If your application calls for an active keyed handle that will be adjacent to an inactive dummy handle (such as on a double entry door with side-by-side handles) note that the shape of the "Accent" style active lever does not match the shape of the "Accent" dummy handle. For my double doors the active lever, dead bolt and two dummy handles (one inside, one outside) were ordered. Delivery was SUPER fast (less than 24 hours). Unfortunately, the difference in handles for such a high visibility application meant that everything had to go back. Look closely at the pictures of the active and dummy handles. If only an active keyed handle is required with no need to match a dummy handle then this is a nice option. Also note that the dummy handles have exposed screws. For an exterior application this was a definite negative.

I replaced all of our original doorknobs that we have had for 30 years. These were so easy to install. Everything fit perfectly. After the first knob (learning), most doors took less than 15 minutes to remove the old knobs & complete. I am very pleased with the look & the process.

Reasonably easy to install. Seems to be more durable than what was already there. Home Depot was able to key all my locks at no charge. Very appreciative

This lock looks beautiful & works like a charm. Very smooth movement

Everything is high quality. Especially love that both sides mesh together and align the screw holes. Makes it easy to start the screws without stripping out the threads. Only design flaw I'd like to see changed is the orientation of the key slot to vertical so it matches the deadbolt. Details.

Product itself was great, but service provided by Home Depot was terrible. First day, I drove 45 miles each way to nearest HD store for in-store pickup. I needed the lock to be re-keyed, an included service offered by HD. I was informed that there was nobody on staff that day who was qualified to perform the re-keying. The next day, I called before driving, and was assured that somebody qualified was on staff all day. I drove 45 miles again each way. I arrived at 11:45 am, but was informed that the staff who were qualified had just left for lunch, and would be gone for an hour. Customer Service refused to call the staff back from lunch break, telling me to wait for the hour until they returned. This is terrible customer service
