It is everything I was wanting, it operates very smoothly and quietly the cost was very reasonable

Works well as I liked the feature where you can just unlock the door from inside from just turning the knob without having to twist the center knob first.

The product seems to be a good value but my complaint is that after installing at different locations, I discovered 2 of the 3 entry knobs are keyed ALIKE! I did not specify to key alike so I was disappointed. I am now going to have to replace one of the entry sets due to this. All other aspects of the purchase went well, delivery time, price, etc.

Installed it no problem. Then I went to test the key and could not find it anywhere… Looked through the packaging and still no luck! Guess I’ll return it tomorrow. BS

Good concise directions, replaced door nobs that were bad, no problems.

Disappointed in Schlage lock. Unable to remove Tumblr from knob so I could not re-key it to match my other locks. Followed instructions on YouTube and they did not work. I would not recommend this product.

I have been installing locks of every brand and type for over 50 years. Schlage has been a consistently solid brand for quality and toughness. My first choice.

The knob is thin, doesn’t stick out so it’s hard to grab.

Great look and function.

Installation was fine, and the knobs and locks function as expected for an entryway lock. Just understand that these are FAR from industrial strength so plan accordingly (in other words you may want to use these with other security measures, such as deadbolts). Now for the oddities: -The knob unlocks the door as soon as you turn the inside doorknob which seems odd. For those of us who usually lock the door from the inside and then turn the knob to ensure it actually locked, you can't do that anymore. -The inside lock "button" is unlocked in the vertical position and locked in the horizontal position. In all my years of using doorknobs the locked position for this "button" has always been vertical ( | ) not horizontal ( - ). So, in summary, just know you are getting. They work fine, but definitely have some "warts".
