The inner lever was scratched

It was easy to install and high quality. Don’t forget the bottom bolt on the handle.

Easy install, appreciated having 2 handles and all the hardware needed.

We installed this on a new fiberglass Therma Tru door and installation went very smoothly. Take great pains to measure correctly when drilling for the lower part of the handle. The handle gives you a plus or minus in where you drill, so assume dead center and you should be just fine. This handle paired with the Camelot Encode looks amazing on our new door.

This door handle is beautiful and sturdy and quite easy to assemble. It’s not completely smooth to open and therefor the four stars.

The door handle was the same as the old one. Frankly just needed like an interior spring or part to fix the old one, but you didn't sell that stuff. Tried calling Schlage for warranty but put on hold forever. Planned obsolescence at its finest! Aside from that gripe The employees in the store were very helpful.

Looks great. Easy to install. Adjustable length between top and lower attachment points for replacement fixture. Installed last night - time will tell how long it will survive heavy use.

Simple process after you read the instructions. You want to make sure the proper alignment and adjustable piece at bottom of the unit. Overall, looks lovely after install.
