        A:  Hello, The BE499 Encode Plus can be paired to an Android device however, since you will not be able to use the Apple HomeKit features you can purchase just the original BE489 Encode model which will work exactly the same on an Android device.               Works and better instructions would be nice
              So far the unlock with watch has worked consistently in the first three months of owning it. The directions for the iphone part were confusing, and I still have not been able to add the wife. This could an apple problem, but seems like a couple of videos would help, and maybe more attention to adding users.

                Set-up for the full features has been, and continues to be, challenging. The geofence auto-unlock isn’t working yet and the key pad stopped working suddenly. Only had the product for a couple months. Basic features work okay, but given the very expensive price, all features should be working easily.
