It was very easy to install and set up (< 30 minutes). I like the user interface of the Schlage app and ease of adding/deleting/extending user codes remotely.

I’ve had the lock about 2 weeks. The lock was installed easily and very easy to program. The ability to lock and unlock the door through the app has been a huge help in ensuring the door is secure and open when I’m bringing in packages.

The finish was yellow in parts which happens, but the customer support has been abysmal, very slow to reply to emails.

The lock is really great, easy to install, easy to connect to Wifi, and easy to manage from the app.

The threads were bad needed to run a Tap into treads and this caused the fix the problem this caused scratchs on the finish.

Have had to replace 4 times in less than a year
We bought this lock in June 2023 and have had to replace it 4 times. When it works, it’s great but it has been incredibly unreliable and frustrating to use. We consistently find that it goes offline or no longer works, which leaves our garage unlocked and unprotected.

Very easy physical install. Connected easily with my Wifi and Apple Home. Easy to control with Google home and Apple home. Had one minor issue during installation and Schlage customer support was outstanding.

I am unable to connect this lock to the internet. I called Schlage they tried to help me, but that did not help either. The person at Schlage told me the lock is defective, they will maill me a replacement lock but I still have to pay somebody to instal the new lock. A very expenseve lock at the end.

Bought this for my rental property in Florida and I had it professionally installed. It was easy to setup and it gives me peace of mind knowing that my door is closed and I can open it at any time and also add personalized codes for Family and Friends or Tenants, when needed. I also liked that it doesn't require a plug-in hub.
