The doorknob was very easy to install, replacing a current knob. Good quality for the price. The knob works well and has a good feel and attractive finish.

I had a relative to put the door knob in, but it is working as expected and looks very nice - much like the other door knobs in the room.

The installation was a bit harder than expected to get the two sides threaded together through the hole in the door. There are metal pieces that guide where the screws go that must be aligned exactly from both sides. Once installed, it works flawlessly and looks great.

Joanna did a great job rekeying the lock I purchased.

Does what it is supposed to do...keep honest people out of the server room at my business.

Did not fit the hole for the door knob , it was too big to fit through the door.

Store experience to have the lock re-keyed was horrible. Technician was rude, impatient and after I returned home learned it was done incorrectly

The door knob needed to be re-keyed. The young man at the pro desk did it very quickly. I was very pleased with the transaction.

I was able to install myself. Not bad for a 77 year old lady. Thought I was going to have a neighbor help me.
