The shelter works fine. Definitely need two people to assemble but goes together fairly easy. Recommend to watch the videos and read the directions before starting. Please list exactly exactly what comes with the shelter. Home Depot made it seem like I needed extra anchors and another door in there online listing. I wasn't aware that your shelter came with six anchors and two zip up doors. I ended up returning the extra stuff to Home Depot.

The product seems to be quality that matches the price. It was very easy to assemble. Only issue is it had a hole in the cover. I have submitted a warranty claim. If the cover holds up over time it will have been a good purchase.

Good quality product
After reading reviews by others who had built similar products, I looked at several You Tube videos of how to construct a portable garage. As a result I had very little trouble and no surprises when I constructed my new garage. I did have help from my son to set the frames upright and my wife helped me pull the canvas cover over the top of the frame. I am glad that I got the heavy duty pipe frame due to the potential snow loads in Maine. The only thing that did not work well was the screw anchors, they are not suitable for rocky soil.

Best purchase I've made!
ShelterLogic round grey garage was fast and easy to assemble with very clear easy to read instructions. We had it put together in just a couple hours. The tubing fits together great and the cover is heavy duty and really holds up to the wind. We are using ours as a wind block shelter for our horses and they love it. We have used them in the past to store equipment and hay. We get compliments on it all the time.

good quality,strong and looks great.
I like having a door on each end to be able to bring out my other Mustang that sits in Garage in front of this 20ft. Grey Garage that I am restoring. I also plan on using it for painting other Vehicle next year.

Great product, excellent value, steps missing from instructions
High quality, good materials, sturdy and very functional car port. The tarps and zippers are heavy duty. Overall, we are very pleased, but assembly was a pain because there were steps missing from the directions.

Fast Assembly, Sturdy Structure
I had looked for a "good" structure to shelter my utility tractor over the winter. The model here - per ShelterLogic - is the heavier duty version - not the regular light-duty model. Heavier piping, solid rigidity, dual end doors. Prior to the first major snow of 2012, I (alone) had the frames assembled within two hours, another hour to erect the frames, had two people assist in erecting th end walls and covering tarp and final connections. Six hours of labor - and a snow-resistant, stable structure. We received 15" of snow - heavy type - and the snow slides off the roof (you do need to clear regularly - shouldn't be allowed to build up), and zippers work excellently. Top notch, good instructions, quality parts, everything included - High marks. For assembly in colder climates - I recommend assembling the frames in a garage (heat) easier for your fingers to work with nuts and bolts. Also easier to have the end walls pre-assembled then simply walk out and tilt up into position. Highly recommend.

    Shelter Looks Good
The shelter went together easily. It appears to be well constructed. Hopefully, it holds up well to Quebec winters.

    Not worth the money
Doors are way to short and the installation instructions are so unclear plus is not 12/20/8 size is more like 10.5/20/8 also the anchors are not good if you have gravel or just soil. Is not worth the money when you ask for a size and you get something else.

    Piece of garbage.
Bought one of these "wind and snow rated" tents in July. Just had our first wind storm...wind speeds this was supposed to stand up to...and it's garbage. Completely ruined. They won't cover damage caused by wind. Save your money, I wish we had.

    Hello,

We are sorry to hear about this! Our warranty department does work hard to treat every claim fairly and consistently, which is why 'Acts of Nature' are not covered under the warranty. Yes, the ShelterCoat round garages are indeed wind and snow-load-rated structures. Please note that the wind and snow loads given are for reference only and assume a securely anchored frame according to local building codes and ordinances. Normally we recommend one anchor per leg - and acquiring the best anchors suitable for your terrain. We would be happy to discuss this further with you and help find a resolution. Please give us a call at 1800-932-9344.

    Thank you ShelterLogic

We just set it up. It's a nice garage. The video and directions show that you can roll up the door with an attachment on the door. Mine doesn't have anything that allows me to keep it rolled up.

      Equipment storage
I bought this tent for equipment storage. I placed a 12x20 tarp down which falls just short of the edges of the tent. I have not had any condensation, it's been in the 30s at night and 50-60 during the day and inside the tent feels 90+ with the sun on it. Fabric is a bit thinner than I expected, I created one small tear where the strap exits the fabric to be secured while tightening. I spent three hours assembling the frame alone and another three securing the fabric with my brother the next day.

When installing I noticed some fine tears or cuts in the cover. I will use tire patches or something to prevent spread. I do not have time to ship it back

      Good but not perfect
The quality of the structure seems good but sadly the cover had a few pin holes and warn spot right out of the box. I had to buy to tape to patch the small holes to prevent them for getting bigger over time.

aggravating to put up, the outside dimension at the bottom of a 12' wide shelter frame measured 13' had to use a ridiculous amount of force to pull the feet in and screw it down to sit on a perfectly square 12' x 20' deck. The ratchet straps work well on the ends and getting the cover tight but does nothing to help pull it tight in the center. The holes in the tubing to bolt together has horrible burrs and egg shaped holes in some cases and is obvious the tool used to make it is dull or broken and there was a fair amount of rust dust inside the tubes that poured out as it was being assembled makes me wonder if it is going to rust from the inside out.

Definitely takes longer to put up than instructions state. Quality is ok. High cost for what you get. Zipper door is odd in that you can't unzip and drive a vehicle in... You need to get the kit to roll the for up. That kit doesn't roll well like it shows in the video. The rope get caught in the pulleys... Thicker rope is needed. The shed is ok... But really could be better.

During installation two areas ripped and I did not think this would be rippable that easy being how it is rated for 90 mile per hour winds having that said I have not had time to take it down and return it will be shortly I have not even used it it's kind of just in the way as of right now

I like the design and the construction materials used to provide a shelter that meets my need perfectly. My only complaint is with the construction instructions. The printed descriptions for the construction of the unit are not clear and in some cases completely missing.

      Awesome structure
Definitely recommend. Two people * 7 hours to erect. Roof design causes snow to fall off. Having front and back zip open is great for access. Would buy again.

Perfect garage to cover up for winter.
Bought this garage for up in Huntsville Ontario, looks great! It does take a lot longer than stated to put up (6 to 8 hours), but in the end, looks great. You have to stay on top of the snow removal though. Basically, when you head out to shovel or snowblow, be sure to clear off the garage too. Cheers!

Assembly was pretty straight-forward, even witht he crappy directions it wasn't that hard to figure out. Lasted thru 3 winters (Southern NH). After a heavy snow I'd push the snow off from the inside using a push broom, gentling pushing on the cover and breaking the snow off from bottom to top, and letting it settle on the sides. That might be part of the reason the cover's started to fail - this spring noticing the white inner layer is flaking off. So, buy it at this good price, and plan to replace the cover after 3 years

I purchased this in January of 2017. It looked looked nice once installed. However, it just ripped the full length along the top. Of course it is just outside the 1-year warranty. The product description mentions durability and rip-stop, but obviously not. The tarp I had installed before was also a ShelterLogic, and was the entry-level version. But the lighter-weight tarp actually lasted longer than this one and was cheaper! Very disappointing.
