Very easy to install...they're casters. Run smooth and quite over floor. Only lasts for about a year with normal use. The bearings start popping out and no longer useable. I guess I'll see what their 5 year warranty does...

Outstanding casters, Wish I could get them in larger sizes with a top late instead of a stem.

Wonderful replacement to the stock plastic rollers on my office chair. These are incredibly smooth and don't scratch our LVP flooring. I have been using them for about 2 weeks so I cannot speak to their longevity.

these wheels were everything I expected they make it much easier to roll around in my office chair.

They work OK, but got caught on the edge of my glass floor mat and the shaft bent allowing the bearings to fall out.

Had problems with one of the wheels losing bearings haven’t figured out where they’re from but I have a whole pile of them and then the wheel jammed up and pulled out of the chair. Have to do something else to deal with the issue.

Bearings wore out in 3 weeks. Very cheap product

Very nice wheels for my chair on hardwood floors. I recommend them as replacement wheels.

The shank easily bends and collapses when under stress of low pile rug. Only had this set for about 3 months and already having to replace 2 of the wheels.

They fit and so far they are good.

About 9 months after installing these I flipped my chair over. While flipping it over, the swivel portion of two casters came in contact with carpet. This left two black grease marks on the carpet, each about the size of a nickel. On further examination, I found quite a bit of grease had leaked out of each caster and had attracted a bunch of lint from the carpet. These wheels also seem to cause more wear on carpet than the wheels that came with my Steelcase Leap v2 chair.
