Love the bide t/ toilet seat. I always thought those bidet toilets where too expensive, but this is right in my budget and works just as good. My husband did need to go to get a special adapter for our water line but there was no problem finding it. Also a video on line explaining this situation.

Easy assembly and 100% satisfaction

Traveled to Asia and used bidet seats there. Came back home and immeduately purchased this seat. I have had this seat for 4 years. Highly recommend! Also purchased one for a senior family member who has arthritis and as he says “its a life saver!” Water can be heated, adjustable pressure and very easy to install. Self cleaning feature. Also clean nozzle with toilet brush and cleaner once a month just to be extra safe. A

I am in love with this SmartBidet. We have had this bidet for over a month. I never liked the separate bidet in the bathroom as it took too much space and was just not convenient. The seat is very comfortable and with a little adjustment we were able to have it fit exactly onto the toilet. It stays clean, even though that was a concern before we purchased it. I enjoy the options for seated heat, spray (including pressure and angle), and drying. I like having the option where to put the remote so that it would not get knocked or be out of reach. I also enjoy the clean feeling. Would like in future an addition to add choice of liquid spray soap.

It's great. Easy to install. Easy to use. Does everything that you want it to do.

My mother-in-law purchased this bidet more than 2 years ago and can not stop to talk about it. We finally decided to give it a try and now, three months later, just wondering why did we wait so long! It's a great product, very easy to install, and at the lowest price I could find. Very happy with the purchase.

We purchased smart bidet and are so happy with the purchase. We should of done it years ago. Always feeling fresh and clean after use. It is simple to operate even my young kid can use it by herself. Great value for the money!

I purchased this model of SmartBidet and initially was very happy with the functionality. Unfortunately, the self-cleaning nozzle , which is a key component of the product, stopped working and I am really disappointed.

Replaced a 15 Year old unit. It fitted perfect, was installed in less than 5 minutes and worked as advertised. Very satisfied.

Has all the features you need in a bidet seat for a lot less than most other brands.

This product is a lifesaver! Not only does it do incredible things for hygiene (have 5 girls in my house) but it vastly reduces paperwaste (less toilet paper usage and subsequently less clogged pipes). The heated seat is an awesome feature that you don’t appreciate till you sit on a non heated seat. And the heated water...enough said. I am so impressed with this and the value for the money...I researched every brand. Installation was super easy but make sure you have an outlet nearby. Customer service from Smartbidet was stellar - and i didnt need them due to issues of the product but issues i created. I am ordering one for every bathroom!

First of all, I gave this a 4 start rating, but I NEVER give 5 stars, so you can probably think of this as a 5 star review. In 2007 we visited our son in Japan where we were first exposed to the idea of a bidet seat. It was a revelation. When we returned we had our bathroom wired for the seat, but we didn't get one because of the price - typically north of $900. When I stumbled across the SmartBidet for $250 we decided to give it a shot. After using one for 2 years I can't imagine not having one. This unit has the absolutely necessary features like heated water and remote control. It may lack some really high-tech features like odor reduction and white noise generator, but it works really well. My only real complaint is that the temperature of the hot water is not consistent. Not a big deal, but it bothers me. For the user who wants to get their feet (or tush!) wet this is a great unit. Other than having to install a GFCI for the electric, installation is a snap. Anyone who is handy with tools can do it themself.

Does a very poor job cleaning the area, needed as much wiping as normal. Not sure what the problem is as it feels like it should be doing a good job
