Directions were very poor, hardware was missing, usually you get spare parts, not in this case. Luckily I had screws and some extra bolts and cam locks from other projects. Came with pieces that in no way fit where they were supposed to.

I love this bed! The storage is amazing and I love the little cubby area!

Love the bed it is very pretty and not to big! Love that the drawers and shelfs are connected to it , it saves so much room in my daughters small bed room! My daughter loves the area underneath ans has several toys under there! Only gave it 4 stars because some of the pieces of wood did get chipped and had some spots in them . Thankfully most of the pieces could be hidden. Putting it together is also very tideous! It took me 2 days to get it together completely but i am female and had no one helping so im sure that made it take longer! But ultimately my daughter loves it and so do i !

I read all the reviews and was unsure if I made the right purchase. Well it turns out I did. The quality is good, the finished bed seems pretty sturdy and it looks fantastic. With all that said here are 2 comments on the reviews. One....there were some damaged pieces but we were able to make it work. Shipping is a nightmare on something like this and you can tell the vendor packs it good so its not their fault. Two.....it is 3 boxes. Each box takes about and hour and fifteen minutes to put together. I suggest doing it with 2 people. All in all its a great buy. I am glad I purchased it.

Great solid bed! My daughter loves it. Wasn't too hard to put together

This took my handy husband and I two afternoons (after work) to completely assemble. IT IS HEAVY! But I like that it supports 250 pounds. Most loft beds don't. My daughter weighs about 35 pounds and I'm about 235 but I've gotten in it twice so far with her. I try to be still since I'm not sure how well it will support our combined weight. That said, my husband is light but neither of us feels comfortable using the ladder so both of us use a step stool to get into the bed. My 4 year old loves this bed. She especially loves the hidey hole underneath it. And I LOVE the included storage!! Her room has never been so tidy.

My daughter (5) loves her new bed. It was a bit fiddly to put together, but was sturdier than I had thought - especially after reading some of the reviews. A great solution for small rooms.

My granddaughter loves her bed. I would recommend it.

I bought this about this about 6 months ago. Was very happy with the bed, took a while to build but end result met all our needs in a small room. Within the last two weeks two of the dresser drawers have broken and are unrepairable. Reading more recent reviews on sites it appears this is a common issue. Very disappointed. Now we need a second dresser which was the benefit of getting this vs a single bed.

This bed has worked out great for our daughter...gave it 5 stars as a finished product...would give it 3.5 as an assembly project. Took 2 of us 4 hours to assemble...instructions were fair, not sufficient overall. Construction goes together with pins and pegs and some screws, essentially. Finished product is sound, the unit is solid and heavy. The only 2 concerns we have is that the pop-out shelf in the bed area goes on with the same pins and pegs as many other parts...we don't feel it's as sturdy as it should be. We gave our daughter strict instructions to NOT lean on it and/or ever hang on it from below...it would rip right off. Other concern is one of the last parts to assemble when we were supposed to 'wedge' two vertical wood bars up under the mattress particle board support area...the bars are too short to wedge. We hung on to them in case we notice any sagging, we'll figure out a way to screw them in as supports. Make sure you build it where it's going--you'll need a handful of strong folks to move it if you ever need to. It's a very functional piece and our daughter has enjoyed it thus far!

The bed is super cute, put together, but a pain tonronso. One piece came broken, but it's a little inconspicuous (the board under the mattress made of particle board). When climbing up the ladder and onto the bed, my child, frequently scrapes her leg on the rough edge of the bed.

My daughter loves this bed and I love it too. It was delivered before the estimated time and was pretty simple to assemble. It took 3 people a little less than a day to assemble it and there were no missing or damaged pieces. We love this bed!

We have been really happy with this bed (and our 7 y.o. loves it), but we had some issues with assembly, hence one star off. Assembly issues: First, a couple caveats: the boxes are very heavy (we live on the third floor, I ended up opening the boxes at the bottom of the stairs and bringing the contents up piecemeal), and while most of the assembly can be done solo, there are some parts you definitely need two people on. That said, most of the assembly was straight forward and went pretty quickly. The instructions were largely easy to follow, though it was occasionally unclear which screw they were talking about. But there were a couple places where it suddenly became very difficult: a few places where you're supposed to use wood screws to connect things, I ended up having to pre-drill holes with a power drill because I could not turn the screws in without stripping the heads. Worse, a couple of the drawer pieces were machined wrong, so I had to contact customer service to get new ones sent, because the drawer bottoms wouldn't line up. Customer service was very helpful and efficient, however. Since finishing it, we've been very happy. The kid loves it, and it's really eased a lot of storage woes we've had (cramped urban apartment). Most of the build quality seems good. My only real gripe is that the plastic ladder rungs are a little uncomfortable on bare feet.

It took 2 days to put together and came in a million pieces. But the quality is amazing, and it looks great.

This is by-far, the worst piece of furniture in our house, by a mile. The drawers fall apart very easily. With kids, they tend to shove clothes and this explodes the drawer to an inch of its life. The particle board is ridiculously poor quality. I've had to reinforce with multiple brackets just to try and keep it together. It doesn't feel that sturdy. The "ladder" climbing up is hard on the feet for older kids (7 or 8). The cam bolts are a joke (small and barely hold it together). If it wasn't a giant monstrosity to move or replace -- AND COST $450 each -- I'd dump them and get real furniture. We have dollhouses made with better design sense.

Love the product!! Quite a few pieces were damaged, but customer service was terrific and sent them right out to me. Tons of storage and nicely made. My son and I built it ourselves. Easy to put together. I bought 2 beds along with the dressers. Great product for the price!!

I was miss lead. I thought I was getting the extra dresser/ desk but apparently you have to pay extra for it. Looking at the picture you think your getting it right, but your not.

The bed is very well built. It took a whole day to assemble but we are pleased with the quality and our granddaughter loves it! We would definitely recommend this as an affordable bed.
