Not too soft. But very nice

wasn't to sure at first if we would like it but it looks nice, it's comfortable and has a nice size storage and it is the perfect size for our tiny place. We are happy with it.

Junk. An appropriate price would be $500. The tolerances are way off and the pieces don’t fit together. Cant even find a link to contact customer service.

Very comfortable and easy to use sleeper as well

This couch is beautiful and inexpensive, but super uncomfortable! The back and seat cushions are extremely hard. The sleeper function is great, but there is a large gap where the cushions meet so you have to use some type of topper to actually sleep on it. I definitely would not purchase this again. Spend the extra money and get something with squishy cushions!

This couch was just as expected. Good color for a girl with 2 gray cats. I really like the way the couch opens to an oversized full type mattress that is great for when I have friends stay over. It was relatively easy to put together and my dad had it together in under 30 mins.

I returned the couch. It wasn’t very comfortable and wasn’t quite what I expected. The concept is great though.

Good couch overall. It is most comfortable when pulled out, since the cushions are a bit firm. The back should be a couple inches higher, because the back cushions are not attached and tend to lean over the edge of the back.

The unit was very low quality very cheaply made and the overall delivery experience to the store was terrible it got delivered in two different boxes which is probably normal but one arrive to the store and the other one only made it to the FedEx location I had to go to two different places to pick up the product all in all this experience was not good but the product definitely is low grade more like a commercial piece of property for a waiting room

It's easy to set up, and it provides nice space to lie down on either direction. It had some slight scent from the material but thankfully it's gradually disappearing.

Quality is not what I expected. Cushions are thin. The pull out section has a gap and is loose when you put it in the sleeper position.

Very comfortable. Easy to assemble! Sturdy, but uncomfortable to sit in between the creases.

The couch is perfect for our guest room. It's comfortable and was easy to put together.

This couch is perfect for our loft space. We wanted a small couch that could easily convert into a bed for our guest and this one was perfect!

I am very impressed. Easy to assembly ( I did it by myself), very good quality of fabric, nice color. Highly recommended.

I actually love this couch, especially for the price. It’s perfect for our small apartment and looks great. It’s quite firm. My only complaints... 1)The back is low; even though the cushions go up higher they kind of bend over the back when my y’all husband sits upright. 2)It came with a defective piece but the manufacturer is replacing it free of charge. It’s inconvenient but still, great customer service.

We bought the lighter grey and it shows all the dirt- I wish we would've gone with a darker color.The ottoman can be flimsy and occasionally the bed extension has trouble getting up.But overall we are very happy and love spending time on the couch watching movies.

Very nice couch..firm seating..pull out bed is comfortable to sleep on if necessary. Fabric is easy to clean and the couch itself fit perfectly in our living room.

I researched couches for HOURS. I wanted an L shaped, with storage under the chase, AND that it turned into a bed. AND that I could remove that piece for extra seats, for a very specific size (under 89in) and this couch hit all those needs! I was only concerned because reviews claimed it was firm. And honestly, I don't know who those people are but this couch is NOT firm. The chase and pull out is a bit, but the main 2 seats are PERFECT. I'm sure the chase firmness will go away in time. The only part that sucks is the gap when the pull out is out between that and the chase, but I understand why it's there. It wouldn't go back under so seamlessly if there wasn't a gap. Also, I found this couch on 4 different sites, but Home Depot had it for the cheapest.

This was the most adorable couch and the size was perfect for our space. Sadly I had to return it because it was the most uncomfortable couch. The hardness and the low back did was very disappointing.

Have not used a whole lot yet! Seems to be very good quality but the back of the couch is not as high as it should be to support back cushions! Hoping the back cushions hold up over time.

Great couch, great customer service. Really enjoy its tweed material and firm feel. It’s not too quality, but honestly it trades one that bit of quality for extreme flexibility. Totally worth it
