Used this door to replace broken sliding patio door that had a doggy door insert which made human entry way much smaller. Only thing so far is that the dog door cover is not as easy to lock as you would expect. You have to double check that the latch is caught in the slot.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my new French door. I’ve received so many compliments my dog had no issues with learning how to use it and it is so much more secure than the insert we were previously using.

They grossly under describe the pet entrance. We ordered the Medium - for a Scottish Terrier.....she could BARELY squeeze through.....it was more for a chihuahua sized dog or a cat......These are custom made and HD only offered an aftermarket pet door for a large dog and it's HUGE. They originally told me I couldn't cut in the pet door and had to buy the product with it fabricated at the factory. This was because they wouldn't warrant it otherwise. And we still had to cut in a bigger door. So there is that. They really failed me on this $1,600 door.

The doors are beautiful. The installation went well. We got doors with the X-Large doggie door which is Huge. As in appropriate for a Great Dane or Rottweiler size dog. We should have gotten the large sized door which would have been perfect for our Foxhound. the doggie doors have an interior and exterior flap.

Stronger than the single flap type I was used to. A little harder for the not so confident pet or cat to use, but seems like a better insulating door.

Exactly what we were looking for to replace our sliding glass door and give our dog access to the backyard without human assistance. Door was packaged well for delivery and arrived in good condition. Disappointed that the delivery service did not let us know they were at the house and left the door in the middle of the driveway while it was raining.

It arrived broken and replacement was going to take 20 weeks, add to that the time it takes HD to schedule installation entire project would take a full year! Went with a different door and installer.

Door works well. Good quality. Dogs still not used to the doggie door. The cats use it all the time.

Received damaged…very poor packaging for shipping

First the delivery was 3 weeks later than promised. Next, the wrong door was delivered, and was sent back. Last, no one from Home Depot has contacted me about the door being returned.

We are beyond happy with this door. It is beautiful and so well built. A great replacement for our old slider. The dogs love their new found freedom with their own door.

Great door, perfect for the dogs, no more getting up in the middles of the night to let them in or out. Love this door
