Heavy duty, well made. I used it to make a flip up shelf for the back of my zero turn mower.

I worked out great! Easy to put together and holds quite a bit.

Extremely easy to put together, like that you can adjust shelving and add extra shelving if needed. My home is small and this fit perfectly in my little home office as a storage pantry. Shelving is strong and sturdy to hold can goods, large containers of cleaning products and heavy bags of pet food and cat liter!

The storage unit worked fine and is very flexible.

If you have an existing unit and want to add shelves be sure they are the same brand as what you are purchasing. These shelves are only 35 and 1/2 inches wide (not 36 inches as advertised) and do not fit the old units which are actually 36 inches. If you have the new units then these shelves are great.

Fits a shelving unit I bought last year perfectly (it has 1" diameter upright poles with little rings around them every inch which a pair of plastic clips snap into and are held in place when the round openings at corners of the shelves slip down over them and compress them); both the unit and this shelf are NSF, so that helped reassure me this would fit, although unit was sold under a different name I think. This came with the 8 halves of the clips required to mount. All packaged well against loss or damage and within time promise. Very pleased. I ordered a 36" one also, equally good. I have one unit chrome instead of black, and chrome is rated for more weight (does feel much sturdier although black are sturdy too), but could not find extra chrome shelves anywhere-I put the black on top where don't want heaviest things anyway- same style, so like a black-trimmed top, still looks nice imo.

I ordered this and one 48" long, for shelving units I already had & they fit perfectly. The required parts were there and securely fastened to prevent loss or damage, although packaged in a make-shift box cut down and taped; they had protectors on corners and other places, so no damage. They arrived within time promised. The only thing is that these black shelves are not rated for quite as much weight as chrome ones, but couldn't find extra shelves available in chrome. I used these for top shelves- they look same style, just black and imo look fine, like a black-trimmed top. Don't want the heaviest stuff on top anyway.

Poorly manufactured, corners did not line up properly. Corners were askew and made for problem installation.

Exactly what I ordered!

The shelf is great but it did not come with the brackets to slip it on to the rack. I had to drive one hour plus to a home depot just to get extra brackets because they are not sold separately. One should be able to buy the brackets and the shelves should come with brackets. How is one to attach the shelf to the unit ?

Overall the shelf is very sturdy and well made. Occasionally you will see an imperfection: a rod that's not quite straight, a rough spot, a wrinkle in the finish. These all seem cosmetic. One of the reasons I went with the 72" long shelf instead of shorter shelves was because the picture showed 2 support braces running the length of the shelf (in addition to the support at the edges of the shelf). These support braces lend extra strength and help prevent sagging. The shelves I received only have 1 support brace running the length of the shelf in the middle. While this is better than no support brace, it is obviously not as strong as having 2 support braces. With heavy boxes, I notice one shelf is sagging very slightly. I may supplement the shelf with plywood. I am buying more shelves from this brand but am going with shorter length so they are less likely to sag.

I bought the 4 shelf unit and added this single shelf for more storage. Unit is great. Unfortunately, the single shelf looked like it was a return that had been repackaged. And it wasn't black. It was chrome. Because I was putting into a pantry and had to get the floor molding put back on, I kept it, but I really wish they would have sent a new shelf in the right color...

I just spray painted it black so that it would match the other 4/5 tier wire shelves. It would be great if it there was an option for just a black one, but no worries! Thank you for all that you all do!

Works with HDX brand shelving to add extra shelves. Easy to assemble.

The item arrived faster than I expected. It's the perfect size, easy to assemble, and sturdy.

I have chrome wire shelves all over my house. I ordered "HDX" shelves & unfortunately in an effort to save some money I chose these "storage concept" shelves to fit by "HDX" shelfing unit as they measure exactly the same & are cheaper. They don't fit Should say somewhere on website that you can not interchange Storage Concepts & HDX shelves. Seems obvious but thought I could. Aside from that I LOVE CHROME SHELVES.. have them in all closets, laundry room & they are adjustable... no nails, no screwing & up in 10 mins by yourself. No need to have help!

Worked perfect as an add on shelf to our already existing wire shelf unit. I actually like it better than the shelves that came with the unit as the wires are closer together.

If you have 72" wire shelves same weight from another maker, say in chrome, this 72" shelf is about 1/8"-1/4" shorter in length and doesn't really fit as an additional shelf. But the price was good.
