The the chairs are nice however one of the chairs...
The the chairs are nice however one of the chairs had two of the same side legs/arm and therefore it is unusable. The mounting holes are completely misaligned. I contacted customer service and awaiting the correct part.

Terrific quality for outdoor sling chairs. The seat and back material is much stronger and durable vs. other chairs we have purchased in the past. The frames are high quality and heavier than the norm.

One of the 20 chairs we ordered couldn't be put...
One of the 20 chairs we ordered couldn't be put together - the screw threads were off, despite our best efforts. We bought a tap & die set to fix it. They were lightly annoying to put together, but we got them done in about 4 hours of labor total. Overall, the chairs are comfortable and have been enjoyed by our restaurant guests. Not sure how long they'll live, but for the first month so far so good.

Easy to put together , chairs a bit uneven on some but may level out after sitting on them a few times it’s not terribly bad but we noticed it

A good chair at a good price with small issues
These chairs are a good bargain. They are well made, compact, sturdy, aesthetically designed and priced right. However, I did not realize they needed to be assembled. It probably says assembly is required in the description, but I missed that. In fairness, the assembly is not difficult. The other issue is these chairs are not stackable. I just assumed they were. In the end I was able to find a way to stack them using cushioning to prevent damage to the arm rests.

They’re ok. Not that comfortable even with a small pillow....
They’re ok. Not that comfortable even with a small pillow. It may be that I’m tall, so they hit me in the wrong area. Oh course once you put them together you really can’t return. The color is pretty.
