Very happy with the performance of this product.

I was hoping the 2300psi would be stronger than my last 1600psi. About the same. Nozzles are fine but the $30 rotary type is still age best. Hose for the wand isn’t long enough. The unit is still worth what I paid.

Have on used yet. My expectations are very high.

My first job was a big one, cleaning a brick patio, front steps and porch and walkway with lots of moss and algae. It is a little underpowered for jobs that big but that was because I had let it get in bad shape so it was heavy going. That said, the problem of power only meant it took longer to complete the job. Maintaining it will be much easier and I liked the fact it was electric and I don't have to mess with oil and gas. Bottom line good for homeowner with periodic use but one would have to step up to greater power and perhaps gas if one has frequent heavy use. I would not buy a pressure washer with less power if any real cleaning is required other than periodic light use. This is as low as I would go -

Got the SPX3501 plus Surface Scrubber add-on and couldn't be happier with them both. Our first test was very difficult to remove old dried bird droppings from sidewalk areas. The paired equipment worked wonderfully. A city crew came along that had been doing the same thing with a tanker truck and hi-pressure hose nozzle and the crew said we were getting more off faster than they were : ) We paid less for these two items than what we had been quoted for one facade cleaning, which we will be able to do in two hours. All in all, wish we had gotten it years ago and saved a lot of money plus putting up with grim in between hired jobs. Can't say enough good things about this washer.

I needed a pressure washer to clean the moss between my paving stones on my driveway. This is a great pressure washer with plenty of power. I will be using it for cleaning outdoor chairs, stains on cement and more. I like that it comes with different nozzles to attach to it to get different strength spray forms - e.g. direct, 15 degree angle etc.. This electric pressure washer has plenty of power where I don't need to buy a gas one. I didn't want too many gas tools. My only hope is that they make the wind-up hose longer. This way I don't have to drag around the washer for moving around longer distances. I know they make a hose that connects to this hose. But I hear the 25 foot hose isn't made as strong as the hose on the original pressure washer. I believe they will make a stronger 25 foot hose to connect to this hose soon since this is a pretty new model. Great pressure, nice roll-up feature for pressure washer hose, great attachments made by a great company.

I've always had gas powerwashers but I'm very happy I got this electric one. Great performance and super easy to use. My only knock is the spray hose that comes with it should be a little longer, I couldn't get all the way around my CRV without moving the washer. I ended up getting an extension hose and that took care of it.

I would recommend this pressure washer. I've always used a gas powered, high pressured washer I borrowed from a family member. My thinking on this purchase was to get the higher output, more durable 2300 PSI model to give me close to the power I was used to with the convenience of a smaller, electric model. So far, the machine has provided ample power and effectiveness to what I put it to. Too many times, people who review products like this ask a tool to do more than it is capable of and when they are disappointed, they blame the tool. With that said, the housing is plastic unlike the steel frame gas powered machine I've been using, so time will tell how well the washer holds up to wear and tear, (within reason). Remember, this is probably one of the reasons one looks to purchase a tool like this. I'm hoping this proves to be the tool of a perfect combination of strength, simplicity and convenience that while handled accordingly, will provide years of effective results.

Best washer ever.

The pressure washer did a tremendous job cleaning everything I pointed it at. It is light, easy to use, amazingly quiet, has PLENTY of power and doesn't get hot or spew engine exhaust! I have cleaned steps, porches, concrete floors and vehicles and am extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend the pressure washer.

When I opened the box the flange of the hose reel was broken...an obvious defect that should not have been shipped to a customer. I sent it back and now I wait for the replacement. The unit seems to work ok.

I needed to replace my gasoline powered pressure washer when the pump went out. Since I had a major paint stripping job to do on my decks I wondered if any electric model would be effective enough but decided to try this one out. This Sun Joe SPX3501 washer turned out to be very effective for my job and obviously will be more than capable of doing less demanding jobs. We are cleaning the outside of our house this week and I look forward to having a pressure washer that will be so much easier to maintain and use.

I wanted more Power in a Pressure Washer and 2300 PSI is perfect and the onboard tools with a soap dispenser and a rollup hose reel and super long cord made this SUN JOE SPX3501 a Great Pressure Washer !!

Very easy to assemble and even easier to use. I have cleaned the brick on the garage and the side of my 70 year old house both all brick. I did not use any soap products the house looks almost new. I would recommend this electric pressure washer to anybody for general use

Easy to use and does an excellent job. I have had other pressure washers and the Sun Joe is easily the best quality unit I have ever owned. The hoses, wand, spray nozzles are all nice quality and I like the hose reel to wind the hose when I am done.

Love the power and soap dispenser. The reel on top is difficult to use and makes the machine easier to pull over which is not good. The water inlet needs to be better reinforced inside the casing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it runs, it works decently. I received 2 defective ones before finally getting one that works. First one had a design flaw SJ was correcting but still sent me one with it. The second one did not run correctly and had to be sent back. The third one runs finally but still has given hints of failure. It also acts like it loses its prime or has a poor quality pump. When it runs correctly, it does a decent job, and I do like the layout and attachments.

this is a great looking and powerful pressure washer, A little stronger than the smaller ones, so powerful have to be a little careful with it. I always buy electric pressure washers, there upkeep is easier, do not have to worry about the gas in them and less parts. My only complaint was the assembly, the rack holding the hoses and spray nozzles is not attached, So following instructions put it on them attempted to attach the power hose to the rack would not reach, no matter what I did could not get it to reach.. Had to take the rack off slant it to attach the hose then put the rack back on, which was a little hard, Otherwise great pressure washer.

Works exceptionally well.

Very easy to use product with lots of nice features. This product comes with the pressure washer, five nozzles, a 20-foot electrical cord and a hook up to your garden hose. The nozzles have different spray patterns depending on your needs from a tight focused stream to a wide general cleaning arc. It also has a nozzle for use when you want to use soap to clean an area. The unit does require the use of soap approved for pressure washers and just any old kitchen soap will not work. Set up is easy. there are a few screws to install but other than that everything is very self-evident. Once all the parts are together getting ready to use it is very easy. You just screw your hose on and then plug the unit into a socket. Two important things. The hose must be turned on all the way and you must use a larger diameter hose. At least 5/8th to 3/4ths. 1/2 inch does not cut it. If your hose is not big enough or if the water is not turned up all the way, then the motor will not receive enough water and you can burn it out. If you watch the video below, I stopped while on the garage door and did not complete it because I had failed to turn the water on more than a little bit and the motor could not receive enough to keep the spray going. My fault, not the products. It is a bit heavy but the wheels work great so there is no need to be concerned about that. From what I could find on the company website it appears that the product uses around 2 Gallons of water per minute. So, for those of us in southern California where we have water restrictions that is something to keep in mind. All in all a very good product.

No more leaves on my roof! My metal roof has bolts that catch leaves and sticks on the parts of the roof that the trees protect from heavy rains. My old pressure washer couldn't reach them, now they are gone. I assembled the unit myself - I was pleased with the high quality of the parts. After testing for distance - which was great- I did use all of the tips and was pleased that I can also use this pressure washer for jobs that require a gentler touch- I just have to change the tips which was super easy - and they store right on the unit. The reel for the washer hose is a nice addition, the electrical cord has a wrap up spot as well. Love the high quality brass fittings. I wanted a pressure washer that can put some power out at a distance and this unit did that well. The cocoons under the eaves are next on my to-do list.

This is my first pressure washer and it is so amazing! The instructions and pictures are extremely detailed for unpacking the unit, putting it together and using. It came with 5 different nozzles so you do not over or under wash any surfaces. I used the washer on my car first thing and it's better than any car wash I've ever driven through and actually cleaned the car better. The list of items you can clean is endless so am looking forward to cleaning lots of outdoor surfaces here at the house.

I come realize as I'm using this SUNJOE 23000 PSI Brushless Induction Pressure Washer With Hose Reel, that I have been buying the wrong pressure washers for years and have never been satisfied with the performance until now. Never buy a pressure washer with less than 2300 PSI, the more PSI the better and this one works Great for jobs around my house !! Everything you need is in the box and with the directions that come in several languages, you will have it put together in about 15 minutes, ready to use !! Cool design, solid base so it doesn't tip over and all your tools are onboard, very nice !! You get a long 35 ft. GFCI power cord, 20 ft. spray hose on a hose reel, easy to pull out and roll up and 5 Quick-Connect spray nozzles, a large detergent tank and two large wheels to roll around on for any job you have around the house, at almost 50lbs. this SUNJOE Pressure Washer is very well built and solid as a rock, it will make your life easer and you will love using it !!

For my needs it works great. I used it for my vinyl fence, sidewalk and brickwork. Very easy to operate.

A great medium duty pressure washer for all those household cleaning chores. I wanted to replace my gas Generac 2700 PSI just to be done with the whole gas aspect. This unit is almost as powerful but an electric washer is so much easier to get going when you need to use it and quickly stores away when you're done (more likely to use it if you don't dread the start up and breakdown). Unit is heavy but needs to be stable. The wheels make it easy to move around. So much quieter than gas, nice that the motor stops when you let go of the trigger. Stores away smaller than my previous gas model. All-in-all a great machine.
