So, SPX3501 the hose connector is made from 30 percent glass filed ABS. As a designer its a go to material for parts used for rigidity. But this part has a lateral stress that will be applied by the water hose as you move the base around. This part had no chance but to crack at the 90 deg joint which had not design support. Although you can remove the part SunJoe does not sell a replace part to retro fit it. After less them 3 years, I will throw it away and move on to Ryobi or Greenworks which makes this connect point from metal. Contacted SunJoe and there answer was 15 percent discount on another one with the same design flaw.

After multiple attempts in trying to purchase the XPS3000, I ended up getting this instead. After assembling the product, I gave the machine a test run and it really delivers and pack a punch. Very quiet compared to my gas one and also light (20 lbs lighter). I believe all of the reviews here have demonstrated the powerfulness of this pressure washer. Mo more gas and messing around with engine issues. Just plug and go. A few notes of worthy. 1. I'm going to be careful of the hose connector. This appears to be non-plastic which is great and Snowjoe customer service was great and nice to send me the brass adapter to replace the one that came with it.. I also purchase a quick disconnect coupler so that I can quickly remove the hose prior to moving the machine around so as not to strain the water inlet which could broke. 2. I really love the hose reel. However, I'l be very careful when using it and always pull out the entire hose prior to use. I thought it would topple over but it's well designed and sturdy. Apart from this, this appears to be an excellent machine and it seems like they stand behind their product. Keep up the great work customer service and that is why I purchased this from you instead from amazon.

Very impressed with this Sun Joe electric pressure washer. I have owned/operated both gas and electric pressure washers, but this is the first electric pressure washer I have used to compares to the cleaning power of gas versions. Beside the benefit of the Sun Joe being electric, it has great engineering in the design such as: - easy to access water supply connection - wand storage - organized pressure tip storage - one hand pressure tip change - power cord storage - high pressure hose storage reel - easy to access detergent bottle Out of the box, the Sun Joe is a heavy unit at just under 50 pounds, but still much lighter than a comparable gas unit. There is some assembly required; the top to the base, tip storage, wand storage and connecting the hose reel. The instructions are clear, however, the illustration are a little hard to follow as to what size fastening screws go where. It takes less than a few minutes to assemble - only needing a phillips screwdriver. I used the Sun Joe to clean painted Hardie plank siding and house brick. I started with the 40 degree tips but switched to the 15 degree. I had to make more passes due to the narrower spray pattern but the cleaning power was better, especially on the brick. Cleaning power - as stated in my opening sentence - IMPRESSIVE! Operation, amazingly easy and comfortable. The wand is comfortable in hand, light-weight but not cheapen construction. Very easy trigger operation. Pressure tip changes are a breeze thanks to the "loaded" quick connect coupler. Just insert the tip into the quick connect and it locks in. My gas pressure washer requires two hands; one to hold back the quick connect coupler release barrel and the other hand to insert the tip. The motor is much smoother and quieter than comparable electric pressure units I've used. The automatic on/off of the pump is very responsive. The only "cons" for this unit is you can pull the pressure hose to un-spool from the reel, the unit will tip over. I found it's not a big deal and just un-spool the hose by hand before getting started. The other con is no regulating the output pressure. Technically you can do this by changing tips with the pencil tip being highest tip pressure and soap tip being the lowest. Also, you can adjust cleaning power by distance of the tip to the area being washed. If too much pressure, just back away some. Pros: - corded rubber pressure hose - not braided vinyl that kinks easily - very comfortable pressure wand and easy trigger operation - pre-loaded quick connect coupler for one handed tip changes - great assortment of tips and the easy access tip storage - generous 35 foot power cord with included GFI - robust cart wheels to really aide moving the cart over grass

This electric pressure washer was easy to assemble the few parts that required attachment. The initial hook up to my garden hose was not producing any water pressure so I had to make sure everything was connected properly. After that everything worked as described. I started using it on the rims of my car but the built up dirt and grime was not coming off easily so I used a detergent to help loosen the build up. It made cleaning the rims much easier. After I used it on my car rims I tested it on a section of my driveway and got excellent results. It made the concrete look like it was brand new. I have several projects around the house that I can use this pressure washer on for clean up. It works as described and I had no issues after I got my garden hose hooked up properly.

Every thing works real well except for the hose reel. It so hard reel in that it takes 2 hands. One on the crank handle and one on the reel. I lubed the axle but no improvement.

Our first Sun Joe lasted a year and then it died. Changed everything asked of me and would never last more than a few seconds. No fuses blown. Just bought a second one (stupid me) a SPX3501, plugged it in for the first time and after 5 secs the machine died, brand new same as the old one. Our electrical fixtures are new, nothing was tripped…..what a piece of garbage this is. Beware!!!

very quiet and strong power for any job

Like ir very much but need to play with it more to make my opinion, seems like I have full pressure and it acts like there's not enough water getting to it.

Purchased the Sun Joe SPX3200 Follow-Along 4-Wheeled Electric Pressure Washer quite a while ago. Works great, but for two(2) issues: 1. No where to wind the hose & cord on. 2. Not The threaded hose connection and quick connection was not compatible with all Sun-Joe pressure washer accessories

The Sun Joe pressure washer SPX3500 is working great, but do to the cold weather I was only able to test it for a very short time. I still need to see it work for a longer job on my driveway.

Works extremely well.... definitely does the job despite not as powerful as gas units. Quiet, no gasoline mess, no difficulty starting

It works well and was easy to put together and set up. The only criticism I have is that the reel for the hose is plastic and feels like it is going to break when I’m retracting it. So I use my hands instead of the plastic crank to retract the hose.

Works great! Easy to move around. Only down side is the attachment sold separately for doing large areas doesn’t work well.

Handle was too weak to reel in the wand hose and it snapped on me. Also the tip for the siding/windows was missing. I returned it and got the 2300 ryobi electric pressure washer and didn’t think twice about sun joe.

Easy to use, powerful and effective. The noise level is pretty low.

The first time I used it with a Foam Canon it worked fine.The second time I tried using it without the Foam Canon, it did not work because the detergent tank was not get out any soap. I was really disappointed

The pressure washer works pretty good. I sent about 10 hours total cleaning my paver pool deck, paver front porch and paver drive way and it did a pretty good job. I also used it with a foam cannon to wash lire three cars. For light duty chores it works really well. It won’t replace a gas pressure washer if that is what you really need

The Sun Joe 2300 Max P.S.I. has more then enough pressure to take care of any cleaning issues around the home. It is so nice to wind the hose and not have to worry about any fuel or odors when storing the unit in my shed. I was weighing purchasing a more expensive gas power unit and other electric versions and I am very pleased that I chose Sun Joe.
