If we reviewed your case and found the issues you are having to be a defect, we will gladly replace the product under warranty, as even our lowest cost umbrella should not have left you unsatisfied. While we are still confident that the quality of our umbrella for this price point is greater than our competition, if you are still have concerns about durability, we have slightly more expensive models with a stronger frame and thicker material that you can also shop here at HomeDepot.com. This particular umbrella only comes in Taupe, Scarlet, Emerald Green, Aqua, Teal, Scarlet Striped, and Navy Striped. We do have several other categories of umbrellas that will have more of the rust or forest green colors you are wanting. Joni, yes, it should also be mentioned that any patio umbrella is too top heavy to be used in the tilted position with only an umbrella stand for stability. You MUST have the umbrella inside of a patio table for best stability, especially during winds. Thank you for your business! We appreciate you!
