Extremely difficult assembly
The bead boards will easily crack and split during assembly. The roof is nearly impossible to get on and the doors don't fit, they overlap by at least 2 inches. If it didn't weigh so much, I would take it back to HD. I will have to hire a carpenter to rebuild the doors so that they will fit.

    Excellent
Good-looking shed. Fairly easy to put together if you've got a partner.

Quality of the Cedar is CHEAP CHEAP!
I bought two of these and after having assembled half of the first one I had regretted buying them. The Cedar is very cheap. It's light Cedar. Has almost the feel of Balsa wood. It'll split when you run the wood screws near the ends unless you predrill. One thing the directions don't tell you to do that you absolutely must do is apply GLUE before screwing each piece together. I didn't glue the first shed I built but I did on the second and the difference between the two in terms of rigidity is night and day. Use some wood glue or polyurethane glue. I would not buy this again

42 Page Instruction manual - a bit of challenge
The assembled product is beautiful. I applied 2 coats of a weather-resistant urethane since this will be located on my porch and will be exposed to afternoon sun. Two people are necessary at certain points of the assembly process. We took on the 1st 20 pages the first day, and finished the next day with few problems. I would encourage those involved in the assembly to mark all the pieces with associated letters assigned to them in the manual before starting the assembly process. Two electric screwdrivers will speed the process along quickly. This cedar shed is a good value, looks good and will last if properly maintained for the environment it is used in.

      A Great product
Not sure which shed others are reviewing but not this one for sure! My comments are: Very well packed - excellent quality materials - precise and clear directions for assembly. It took me 4 hours on my own and it looks terrific! Great value for money. Some suggestions to make things easier To fix sides to back once slotted in place get on some steps and push the tongue and groove together at the top and screw --- it will already be tight together at the bottom. To put the roof on do not tighten the screws holding the top plastic pieces in place. Tighten once the roof is in place. You do not need a second person just something to lean the back panel against till the sides are in place. Perhaps old age helps ( I am 72) and NOT a carpenter !

Wood splits - uneven - not for a novice. Hire someone with skill if you MUST
I am a 43 year old female with 2 years of woodshop from college, built houses with my father, and have every wood tool imaginable. The tongue and grove were warped, crooked and pieces of the tongue broke off. Make sure you drill a small hole into every piece of wood first before you drive in a screw. Why? the wood is cheap and will crack, splinter, and/or split in two. I ended up using lots of wood glue, clamps, wood planer and shims to to fix, balance, and level this shed. Once it was completed it does appear attractice especially compared to the rubber competitors. The big question is.... how long will it last? Remember if you want shelves then buy some wood at Home Depot before installation. I found that by installing the woodshelves first before setting the door was the smart path. enjoy the challenge!

          usefull, not easy to install
Wood is not very good quality. Be careful with installation. Took more than 4 hrs. Needed 2 people. Very difficult to assemble top of the shed. I am satisfied for about % 85

Could be a real nice shed, if made properly. Hard to assemble!
Took my time, read the instructions, which were well written, but the shed came together very difficultly. I had to kludge many new holes to hang the doors as the wood dimension-tolerances were so poor that the doors never would have aligned. Be prepared to be very patient if you buy this shed.

Good quality but hard to assemble
This appears to be good quality for the price, but it is very unforgiving in assembly. Based on other reviewers comments on the challenge of getting the roof on, I inserted it in the plastic tracks on the top of the shed before tightening the tracks down. This worked well, and I recommend the technique. I still have finished assembly though. As noted by other reviewers, the doors are made to very tight tolerance, so in my case they don't close and are uneven. I think I'll have to saw about 1/8 inch off the door, but at the right angle, to make it fit. Haven't tackled that yet. I guess I'd still recommend the shed, but be warned that it is a bear to assemble.

          Nice little storage shed
This shed came nicely packaged and dropped off our driveway. It is quite heavy so that I am very glad the Home Depot delivered for free. The instruction for the assembly is generally adequate, except the illustration on the header and footer. For the assembly of the resin roof, the instruction says to put on the roof with the shed stand and push it in place. I found it was impossible to do that as there is no place to grib and do a hard push in, even with the help of two others. I ended up lay the shed on the ground. With my body as support plus the weight of the shed, it slided in easily. The wood quality is generally good. Some of the pre-drilled nail holes were too big so that the nail don't stay in place. However, this is easy fix to drill a smaller hole yourself on the side. Once assembled, it looks very nice. I just hope it is slightly bigger because it is not deeep enough to put my 21" lawn mower in. Overall, I would recommend it.

          Quality Product
Everything I expected from the description of the product. Assembly instructions very easy to follow. One of the few times I have not had to modify any part, or purchase additional hardware to complete the assembly.

          Nice Looking Unit
Went together with minor troubles. I got the back wrong and had to move the bottom fasteners to the top but no big deal. I had trouble with the roof that everyone seems to have had but a rubber mallet solved the problems. There are some gaps between the roof and the sides but a minor problem to fix. Overall very satisified.

          Nice looking shed
This shed is very attractive and the materials used are very good. Preliminary assembly of the panels is easy using the directions. It is a little difficult to do the final assembly and definately takes 2 people. The doors close a bit tight but they do close. Overall, a good value for a very attractive little shed to hold all of your garden tools and supplies. It's even big enough to hold my Mantis tiller along with everything else. Put in a shelf (directions are in the instruction manual) and it will store even more.

          Nice Shed
Great small shed. We stained it before assembly to match the house. Assembly by 50+ year old husband and wife took a bit of time, but was generally easy - except for putting the roof on. We had to turn the shed upside down and press the edge of the roof against the house to get it to attach correctly. Getting it upright again without popping the roof off was another challenge. The base of the doorframe is not wide enough for the doors to close easily, but I'll sand the frame and put the doors on again to solve that. Overall, it's attractive and the cedar smells great.

EZ to assemble, looks well built.
Read instructions before assembling, and went to together well. Had an issue with the roof. Couldn't get it on because of a 1/4' inch difference side to side. Had to unscrew side walls to regroove the T & G of the side to rear walls. Didn't work at first, so I loosen the roof connectors and 'coaxed' it on with the help of a rubber mallet. After that, everything else slid into place. Nice appearance. Still haven't decided to seal or paint yet. Arrival took longer then expected.

          Not perfect, but perfectable
Finished, it is beautiful. Finishing the project took a little doing. Due to minor warping and bowng, the tounge/groove match-up was inexact on a some panels. It is wood; these things happen. The doors have extremely tight tolerances and some planing/sanding was required for a fit due to the alignment issues mentioned above. It also proved impossible to push the roof into place. The solution there was to remove the resin bracket that the roof was to fit into, put the roof in place, and then install the bracket. So, with a little adjustment, we have a beautiful shed. Wood, with it's problems, can be worked with.

The product was easy to assemble and of fairly good quality.
The instructions should have called for pre-drilling any hole in a vertical segment. A couple of them split when installing the screws. We partially assembled the wood pieces, (ends, back and doors without hardware) and then stained them before finally assembling the shed. Worked out great.
