The item did not come with batteries or the compartment to store them in. I did not notice this until after opening up the package. I need an exchange for this item as I was extremely excited to use but was left with major disappointment. You need to do better than this as a major corporation. You are giving way too much power over the people. I demand an exchange or refund.

Just what I needed. Does a great job of cleaning. I used the antibacterial cleaning solution.

Easy to assemble Swiffer Wet Jet. Mopped floors immediately and was very satisfied.

Perfect for everyday floor cleaning or quick messes. Not having to have a bucket of water and needing to wring out a mop is definitely a huge plus!

This is ok, and convenient for a quick spill cleanup. Definitely no good for a deep clean. Have been using just this for 2 weeks now. Today i used it, then immediately took out my steam mop just to see. And the flith left behind made me gag.

The kit is kinda cheaply made in my opinion, and certainly not an eco friendly option. I would try another version of this but would like to see some bigger changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Love love this product. I have 3 dogs and I use the swiffer every day to clean up spills, dirty paws and kid messes. So easy to use and really practical. the cleaning solution smells great. I have no issues with going from tile to laminate floor.

If there was a fragrance free version it would be great. I would even be happy with natural not man made made for fragrance. Thyme and peppermint, citrus etc.

Only had the mop for 2 months and it quit working. Worked great when it did work but then nothing out of the blue. All just to get more money out of us gotta buy a new mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Swiffer Wetjet complimentary from tryit community. After trying several times, I think it does the job well. It sprays solution to the floor and pads absorb the dirt. The only thing I want to mention is it's battery-operated.

I love my wet jet ,it quick and easy to assemble and start doing floors BUT i’ve had to buy several over the last couple of years ,I keep breaking the handles .It normally occurs when I put a full bottle of cleaner on and start to clean .They seem to always break on the curve of the handle by the application button . Perhaps a redesign would make it more sturdy ?

It took me two seconds to assemble the WetJet (all the parts snap together easily when you line up the arrows), and I love how effectively it cleans my floors. I use this on all of my floors that are not carpeted. It's gentle of laminate, wood, and tile. The solution that comes with the mop clicks right in and seems to do a wonderful job cleaning the floors without leaving any streaks. I love that the WetJet pads are disposable and that you don't need to worry about sticking the dirty pad in the washer. It's quick and easy, and my floors are sparkling clean. Anyone can use this because it is cordless and operates with a push of a button at the top of the WetJet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get a Swiffer! Before I received it having clean floors was impossible. It's such a hassle to take out my mop bucket and mop, then fill the bucket and clean the mop head after each use! I know this process is standard but between being a mom and working it is such a chore. I still bring out the heavy mop but not as often, I find I can easily use my Swiffer in between deep cleans and it cuts the chore time in half, helps keep my home clean, and gives me more time to do other things. The price of the refill and the pads is not bad at all, I use my Swiffer every day or every other day during the week and the 15 pk and one 42oz bottle will last me about 3 weeks to one month totaling in roughly $16 and for the convenience that is close to nothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! We finally got rid of all carpet in our house. I needed something for daily or frequent cleaning. With 2 dogs 2 cats and 2 kids it's a daily struggle. This wet jet helps so much. Very easy to use. Gets up all the nastiness left behind from the kids and animals.

The pads would never stay on, and then the sticky strips peeled off within a few uses and velcro won't work. I have to throw the pad on the floor put the mop on it and do best I can. Floors arent getting clean. And why does mine have no battery compartment?

I never want to lug out the mop and bucket, especially for a small spill or mess. I love that I can just whip out this mop and be able to clean up almost any mess. I like that I can buy different cleaning solution and easily switch it out to best suit my needs. I do wish that the pad refills weren't so expensive.

It gets really tiring lugging a bucket and mop throughout my house just to mop those areas. This is where the Swiffer WetJet Vinyl, Tile & Laminate Solution Floor Starter Kit comes in. I can't even begin to describe how much easier it is to keep this on hand, instead of the heavy bucket! This has totally changed my views of mopping, and saved my back. The areas I'm using it in are smaller, so this makes mopping a breeze. No more wringing out the mop, lugging the bucket, dumping the dirty water. With the Swiffer WetJet, just pop in the bottle of solution, spray and mop. It couldn't be easier. The spray comes out in a fine mist and coats the area evenly. The solution really breaks up the dirt and grime and gets my floors impeccably clean. It's also quick dry, which is a huge plus with 3 kids and a dog running around. The swivel head allows me to get in the nooks and crannies that are hard to get with a traditional mop. I love keeping this in my broom closet in the kitchen to make for easy clean up with those inevitable messes, or after the dog and/or kids come in with muddy feet. I used to see mopping as a chore that I absolutely dread to do. The Swiffer WetJet has now made this just an every day, easy clean up. Even my kids like using it! I call that a major win! Everyone needs one of these in their house!

This is so much easier and comes in handy as I have a 6 yr old that makes messes way too often. I can clean them up with ease now.

I thought using one of their products specifically for our laminate flooring would be a good idea. But I’m not sure it’s worth having several different types of cleaners around. I have been waiting to write this review in hopes that maybe over time I would see a benefit, but I feel like the general cleaner for the wet jet does the same thing for my floors. It still does a good job, I just don’t see the benefit in keeping multiple types of cleaners around when I have other hard surfaces, like hardwood, to keep clean.

I will say that this item actually met my expectation and did not disappoint. It did not leave any grime on my floors and cleaned up everything on my floor after a messy 4 dog feeding fest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does the job, it would be nice for a smaller bathroom to wipe up regularly and keep it tidy. It didn't leave the floors sticky and they appeared clean. The downside if the solution can go really quickly and you need to purchase refills to continue using the product, which is incredibly wasteful. It is not very cost effective or environmentally friendly if you have a larger area. The wetjet itself is nice, I love the spray range and the pads. They really need to sort out a way to make the solution refillable in a better way. Maybe sell a concentrate.
