This pillow is great in my opinion. I like a firm pillow with support. I had a regular tempurpedic that I loved before this pillow except it was too hot and I had to flip it often. I still flip this one but only once compared to every 15 minutes.

I have always slept with multiple pillows because I like to be propped up a bit and yet squish into it at the same tine. If that makes any sense. Anyway, I will NEVER buy any other pillow. Can't wait for the new mattress to come and make this sleep experience even more comfy!

Still looking (and spending too much on) the right side sleeper pillow. This isn't quite lofty enough, although the weight and density are nice, and cooling gel does work.

I read the glowing reviews and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I did not find the pillow to be cooling, and it was way too firm for me. I expected a transformational experience given the price, but found it to be no better (or worse) than any "normal" pillow. I used it for three nights, then put it in a closet (it's not returnable).

Should've bought these pillows sooner instead of buying regular ones every few months

The pillow is great but the size is smaller than regular King size pillow I'm disappointed of size but it's. Comfortable

I searched and searched for a pillow that actually stays cool throughout the night, this one does it. I bought the 'super soft' because in the past tp pillows have been too hard for me, but this one is perfect. The only con is it was smaller than I thought, so I had to order a King and a Queen:-). LOVE THEM!!!!!

This pillow was really disappointing and not worth the price. It was neither high nor firm. It was way too squishy so it would not maintain any loft.

I truly have researched TONS of cooling pillows and decided on this one...we have a tempur-pedic mattress and I have always loved their high quality products..but the past pillows we had from them were too hard for me. My husband loves the harder ones, I prefer softer...anyway, many of cooling pillow reviews had this pillow as their number 1 choice, so I bought one. I LOVE IT!! IT IS SO SOFT AND COOL. I bought the Lo Queen, the queen is smaller than I thought it would be is my only drawback but I will now just have to order a King size too:-).

The pillow is extremely comfortable, the only negative is the pillow ripped at the seam after only a few days. Still can sleep on it but the pillow case occasionally gets stuch which is annoying.

I went with the size the sales rep recommended based on our heights. its is too high! Unfortunately I was too busy having a baby to get it exchanged in time. I was very disappointed that the store would not exchange it for a shorter size even though we had never opened it.

I sleep soundly and it has relieved my neck pain. Even my husband, who used to use a virtually flat pillow, now uses this same pillow in the low model and no longer complains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have suffered with neck problems for years and this is the only pillow I have ever owned that completely takes away the pain. As soon as I switched to this pillow my neck pain completely disappeared! The only downside is that it takes a couple of weeks to break in, but once it does, it will be the best pillow you will ever own! The cooling feature is also wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought the Pro Hi and the Pro Med when we purchased our tempurpedic from our local mattress store. I loved my pro med pillow but realized that i actually like the option to have an even less filled pillow. thankfully tempurpedic makes the Pro low, this pillow is perfect for me. I like to kind of bunch my pillow up and hug it while sleeping and the low pillow is perfect for that. The cooling feature these pillows have on the top is actually amazing, not sure exactly how it works but its pillow perfection. With 3 fill options (hi, med, and low) you can't go wrong with ANY of these pillows.

The medium firmness is perfect for both of us, as we're both side sleepers. My husband woke up after the first night and told me that was the best night's sleep he's had in years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend these pillows. Along with my pro-adapt bed, I sleep better than ever and my back aches have disappeared. I live in South Florida where heat and humidity make for miserable nights and couldn't be more comfortable.

Do not buy this pillow in a King!!! I used to love thin pillows but this pillow offers NO SUPPORT in a King because there's hardly no material to keep your head up. I woke up with the worst back and neck pain after sleeping on this pillow with my new Tempurpedic mattress. Worst decision ever! My mattress is amazing but this pillow gave me the worst knot in my back. I switched to the Pro-Hi pillow in a king and that pillow is now my favorite. Don't waste your time with the Pro-Lo!!

The pillow is just a smidge too high for my ideal sleep, but the material is very Nice and it is smooth and cool. If I had been able to test one in the store I'd probably have picked the medium height, but this pillow seems durable and well made. If you are a side sleeper, you might get a crick in your neck. Back sleepers, rejoice.

My husband bought this pillow for me and it is a dream! I had the best sleep last night with no kinks in my neck. I love it so much. He bought one for him as well and now we are sleeping even more comfortable at night.

The pillow was great for the first 10 days. After that, it started to squish/smush far more than it did compared to the first 10 days. The pillow does keep cool, but as for the memory foam, it makes me feel as though I was sold a knock off product. I did buy this direct from the website. Overall, I am disappointed with my product

The pillow should not be called a "pillow" because it flattens to nothing when laid on. It is worthless as any kind of pillow. The retailer doesn't want anything to do with a return and Temper-Pedic will not return it either. I think it is a scam they obvious are pulling because they know this problem but allow it to continue by selling a product that is horrible.

Took a while for it to finally show up but I must say that I sleep really well with this pillow. I have been looking for the right pillow for a long time and have found it with this one. I am a side sleeper and have always preferred feather, but I like this one even more. Worth the wait.

I had shoulder/neck problems from years of weight lifting. I now have two of these pillows and can say its the best pillow Ive ever had. I hope this particular pillow is available forever so i never have to shop for another type again. 5 star pillow.

For years I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain. I've spent a lot of money on other pillows and chiropractor/ massage visits, ointments, electrode therapy and the chronic pain would come and go. Nothing kept me pain free except this pillow. Thank you tempurpedic for saving my life to become pain free. I'm a part time cosmetologist with two children at home. And I need all the pain free energy to keep active throughout day and to sleep well and keep going. From the bottom of my heart I'm so thankful I've found the best pillow on earth. Literally the worst pillow that completely goes flat when any weight is placed on it.

We purchased 2 pillows, as we weren't sleeping well with out old pillows. I found my new pillow to be way too firm, almost like resting my head on a sack of flour. I use it together with a very soft down pillow on top, and sleep well-but only if I use. the softer pillow. If they had a softer version, it might be perfect. (We saw only one firmness option.) My husband likes his pillow, and uses it alone. He slept better the first night and continues to do so.

We've owned a Tempurpedic mattress for 10 years but never complimented it with a Tempurpedic pillow. I have severe neck and back issues. The mattress solved the back problems and NOW the pillow has drastically helped my neck problems! Sleeping tight every night! Will never buy anything but Tempurpedic again.
