The chair is sturdy, but came with a few issues. The shoulders are a bit tight on a 6 foot guy. There is no real neck massaging on this chair (there is but it isn't very effective). The lower leg attachments are not motorized, so you will continually have to push against a slight resistance to keep your legs in correct positioning. The pad covering the upper back rollers continually would slide up andthen you'd feel hard rollers on your back. It is a good chair, but does not live up to my expectations for this amount of money. It was returned today, that should tell you all you need to know.

Does most things very well however I wish it had more adjustments, especially for the feet! The arms just squeeze and mostly just does your hand and part of your forearm, especially if you have shorter arms. I'm 6 ft 4 and it fits me pretty well, my wife is average height and it fits her perfect. I don't recommend spending the full 3000 wait to get it on sale, I paid 1700 it's well worth that.

I have had the chair for about 3 weeks and use it daily. Overall the 4000LS is a great chair, and provides a nice massage! Here are a few things I have noted. Assembly of the chair was very easy. After placing the chair in its location, attaching the foot portion took 5 minutes. During the first week, the airbags did not fill because a hose came loose...easy 1 minute fix by re-attaching a black hose that became loose back on. The power button on the remote is always flashing even when not in use, and the chair returns to the starting position only after you press the off button after the massage is over. I bought this 4000LS model after trying the 4000T model. I wished the 4000LS model came with is an auto leg scan that was in the 4000T rather than spring loaded. I would be noce if you could select multiple airbags at the same time in manual mode. A couple weeks after I purchased this chair, I tried an Infinity Altera massage chair at a fair and found that chair is more confortable and has a more realistic massage feel; however the Altera chair is over twice the price of this chair. I’m not sure if the nicer feel is worth over twice the price, especially when the 4000LS is a pretty nice chair already!

We really like the chair and overall are satisfied with the purchase based on performance vs. price. The only complaint would be that we wish it had more settings and customization on the remote. Once the remote and settings are learned it can be tweaked to meet your needs.

Outstanding chair. Multiple variations on massage, vibration, recline, and intensity.Very happy with the purchase.The only issue is, I am 6'4" and find the chair a little short. My neck is actually beyond the top of the backrest. Other than that, we are very pleased and use it every day.

This has been a pleasure to own. With a little help from a friend, I was able to get it into the house and assembled. So far, I have not had any issues with it. Every thing worked as documented and nothing was broken. I told my wife that it was the best money I have spent this year. I use it every day. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it has everything I need.

We've been looking at massage chairs for years. The price and reviews on this one were too good to pass up. We feel it's one of the best decisions we've made. It seems very well built and has a lot of choice of functions. The only problem we can see is who gets to it first.

We like the chair, as it has lots of options. It doesn’t really go high enough up on the neck and shoulders for my husband, but I’m not sure any chair would, as he is 6’4” tall. It has a lot of off gassing with the vinyl which hopefully will disappear soon, as it does give me a headache. Other than that, I think it will be a good chair and serve us well.

This chair is wonderful. The multiple massage settings are a plus. This is used everyday and a definite difference in flexibility and mobility has been noted. I would recommend this chair to anyone that is not comfortable going to a masseuse. It has amazing benefits. Easy to put together and easy to use.

The product was easy to assemble which was a major plus. In addition, the chair performs very well. The remote is accessible and has a designated holder that can be reached even when the chair is fully reclined. The only problem is that the controls can be a little confusing. Even so, the chair is really nice and well worth it.

Hard to put together for one older person. They should have given option to have assembled. Once that was done, the chair is fabulous. Does everything it claims to do. Three people in our family use it on a daily basis. Great investment. Love it.

The delivery took less than expected. Assembling was quick and very straightforward. The downside of the assembling instructions is that they never showed, that you can remove the side panels (which is pretty easy to do) in order to squeeze the chair through the door isle.

Ordered this produce online from homedepot.com. It was a great purchase and one that I am truly going to get my monies worth. I feel that this is my piece of heaven everday. It is so comfortable just to sit and read a book or watch a movie from my iPad while I am getting my massage. It is very quiet when in operation and allows you to have many choices of massage from kneading to massaging the bottom of my feet with it's rollers. I have owned this for 2 weeks and don't understand why I waited so long to purchase one. This product really exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to purchase one.

Customer service was excellent and patient with us during the order because our credit card did not go through for some reasons even credit card company was on the phone with us.
