Using a little muscle, my husband and I were able to get the chair into the house and place it where we wanted it. Very little assembly and we were on our way to the most relaxing chair massage we have ever experienced. Takes up very little space and looks really nice in the brown color we chose. We highly recommend this massage chair for everybody. It feels so good especially on the feet. Great price also👍🏻

I found this chair to be uncomfortable, it made my back worse. The 2 support pieces that run through the seat have very little padding above them and aggravated my nerves making it worse. The kneading fingers in the back are too hard and also made things worse. I’ve used commercial models and they seem better. Sending it back

Very nice, easy setup, full massage

I absolutely love this chair. Was very easy to set up and move since it has 2 wheels on it. The multiple choices you have to choose from are great. The fit and finish are top quality!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it . This chair doesn’t have all the the bells and whistles like the more expensive chairs but it’s a great buy for the money.

Taking off the arm rests to fit the Osaki through a 28" doorway would have been a big job, so I was relieved that it squeezed through my almost 30" doorway (just had to remove the door). Fairly easy to attach the leg & foot part of the chair, a one man job, but two would make it easy. Packaging and delivery, great. They put it into the house for me. Highest quality massage chair and at a great price, I'm glad I didn't go for a somewhat cheaper one at Costco. Love it!

Wonderful fixture in the home. Make sure to have extra folks available to help carry the box in; it’s big and heavy! My family’s been using the massage chair for about a month now. Helps alleviate tension headaches caused by stressed muscles. I wish the chair didn’t default to the highest pressure setting, though—I made the mistake of using the highest setting for the entire 20 mins and felt nauseous afterward. The pressure at mid-level def works best. I would also caution that if you’re under 5’4”, you might not get the full benefit of the shoulder/neck massage, although I could be wrong since I haven’t played around with all the options. The shoulder/neck massage feels good otherwise but people shorter than me didn’t get the full benefit. Otherwise, chair is pretty solid. I feel completely relaxed afterward and am glad I purchased it. Just be careful with the heat setting. It can get really hot.

Easy to assemble, the only warning is the delivery company only had one guy an claimed it wouldn’t fit in the house, took delivery in my garage had zero problem moving it into my house in the box but I had to remove the box from the plastic pallet it was strapped too…. Usually Home Depot’s delivery is awesome now that it’s third party it’s dependent on who you get

I have wanted a massage chair forever and not disappointed with this purchase. The whole family is fighting over it. Just make sure it fits thru your doorway.

You need 2 people to lift off pallet but has rollers on bottom of chair. Easy assembly directions online. Aggressive massage, which I love. Settings can be chosen to hit that sore spot. Foot rollers, air bags, heat, everything you need for a great massage. Those setting options!! Read instructions on care of faux leather to keep it in good shape. If it's too aggressive, put on an extra layer of clothing or use a throw pillow behind your sensitive spot. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

I like the way the chair looks and proforms and my family likes to use it also the heat is very nice

This was a suprise Christmas gift. Wife says once she learned the proper settings on the remote control, this is the best massage chair she's ever experienced.

This is perfect for me I’m still figuring out the arms it squeezes a bit tight we haven’t had time to look it up to change the settings.
