I purchased for my father he is almost 80 years old within a month wrest air back stop working it was leaking contacted manufacture after numerous attempts they sent the technician after month he said it’s wrong part then took another month him to come he replaced the new airbag start working but within few days later start leaking again then few months passed he came did something again in few months same issue I called the manufacturer they said they send me new bags and I have to replace myself I’m very upset don’t recommend at all.

Can't adjust the pressure of the back rollers. Shoulder, arm and leg massage pads don't massage they only squeeze you. Endless beeping on the controller is a nightmare for relaxing massage. Glad I got it on sale for 1500 otherwise it would be returned.

The chair shipped in great condition. The setup was very easy and the chair worked right out of the box. So many settings you can do but the pressure on the arms was very strong, and I would recommend the lowest setting for this, at least for me. Zero gravity is nice and the foot massagers are sweet. The only thing I would recommend Titan to change would be the headrest and make it thicker with padding to give better support. The chair is great and I would recommend this...

Great Chair massages my whole body i feel so wonderful

This massage chair works as advertised. It is not as wide as I thought , so I did not have to rearrange the furniture to allow it to fit in my room. We use it every day. I felt we go a great deal on the chair for $1500. So far so good.

Shipping was great. Notified by phone that it would be delivered even earlier than quoted. Unpacking was easy with no damage to the chair. Assembly was a breeze with only one piece to be attached. We've had it several weeks now and it gets used everyday. We all love the varieties of massages available and that you can spot the area to massage ( upper, lower or full). The only thing that I have a problem with is the pressure of the leg and arm air bags. They have too much compression for me so I just don't use them. My whole family just love the chair.

You can also choose to work only on your upper or lower body and change air pressure intensity for arm and leg massage. And of course there is manual mode too. I love this chair and cannot stop using it!

I always wanted a massage chair, and I saw this once on sale. We absolutely love it. It’s amazing and strong and has a lot of different options and gives you a full body massage!!! Best purchase ever. Hoping it lasts a while

This is a good chair, but not if you are a heavy person! I barely fit in the seat. The air pressure on the legs is intense, so I need to shut it off after a few minutes. Wish I had another matching cushion for the back. I have found two settings that I can handle. Over all, happy with the purchase for the sale price.
