SLEEK DESIGN BUT NOT QUITE
My rating is really a 3 1/2 but that option is not given. The sleek design is definitely eye pleasing. However, for being a TOTO this toilet is extremely loud and the water runs for along time. Though this was at the lower end of their line just a little under 500.00 I would have thought
it would consume less water flushing and be so much quieter. A little disappointed.

This is Toto #5 we’ve installed among 3 different family homes. It’s definitely on the pricier side- yet it’s a workhouse. We’re most pleased with its looks and operational endurance.

Typical install for a water closet. No surprises. Great flushing action. Really nice it is a 1.28 gallon model. Soft close seat is addicting! Got to buy some for the rest of the house now!

All different sizes - a surprising lack of quality control
The most unexpected lack of quality control. The distance from the mounting bolts to the front of the seat were all different for the three toilets we got: 13”, 14.5”, and 17”. We only noticed because the 17” did not give enough clearance for a shower door; we switched it with the 13” one. All three came in identically labelled boxes. Also, the 17” looks like it might be a 10” rough in and not 12”, but we didn’t measure it - it only seemed that way after we re-installed it and it sat a longer distance from the wall than expected. For a $400 toilet from such a well respect brand we were very surprised.

wasted purchase
Toilet looks fine. Wife wanted a narrow toilet due to space. It might as well not flush, because toilet needs to be cleaned after using. Will not use another Toto product .

Quality and finish is outstanding. All hardware provided minus toilet bowl flange bolts and wax ring. 1.28 gallon flush action is more than adequate to remove all waste. Installing same toilet in second bath. Very please with purchase and would recommend.

Had high hopes for "tornado" flush, but actual flush is much weaker than commercial video implies, and toilet requires cleaning after each use. Not realistic or what we'd hoped for in the "boys'" bathroom!
