Used the thermometer once. The second time it turned on but it was no longer reading temperature

I love this probe. With the constant scare of E. coli and Salmonella in the news as of lately. I started cooking everything to a safe temperature, no more guessing what's safe for my family. This tool should be in every kitchen. Not only is it affordable but super accurate. In seconds I know that the internal temperature of meat is cooked enough to kill any bacteria.

I have used this Instant read thermometer for both grilling and smoking. Its spot on with internal temps. Quick read makes food saftey easy.

This is a very handy tool to have in your grilling/smoking/cooking arsenal. I have used it a few times now and I'm very impressed with the ease of use and quality for the price. It takes out a lot of guess work. No more dry pork chops or chicken breast!

I bought 2 to replace an old digital thermometer that died after a few years. At first this seemed to be so/so. body is flimy, doesnt close all the way. Now after a few months they are nearly dead from corrosion in the battery compartment. To re-iterate, I had a competitor product that lasted years and got washed twice as often as this set of 2 thats already nearing the trash can. I never submerge them or rinse anything other than the probe. Very disappointing

I have only used the ThermoPro Digital once or twice since purchased. I am pleased with this easy read digital thermometer and find it so much easier to use compared to the non-digital type thermometer. Most likely I will get many years use out of this product.

I cook 95 % of my meals at home. This is the best, most durable and reliable cooking thermometer I have had so far. It even comes with a 2-3 yr Guarente with no extra cost!

My only issue with this thermometer is there is no "Off" button. It stays on until it times out. I'd like to be able to force it to turn off when I am done with it.

I like it. Just push the button and it opens up ready to use. Magnetic to stay in place as well.

the digital window after a couple of times of use cannot read temp

They said in the cooking show: cook to the temperature, not the time. Used the ThermoPro to monitor the temp as the chicken cooked. It beeped "done". Took it out and tested all over the chicken. It was. Moist and fully cooked. I was pleasantly surprised. Two thumbs up.

Easy to use, easy to read and (as far as I can tell) accurate. The lighted readout makes it very easy to read.

You have to leave it in the meat for 15-20 seconds for it to read max temp. I was hoping for a quicker read.

Great thermometer at a great price!

The thermometer started out great for about a month, would have earned 5 stars then. Suddenly it started flashing and not working anymore even with new battery. I need to get a new one already.

Easy to use not very accurate

Capable, accurate, easy to use, great color, too. Does what it's supposed to do, very quickly.

Purchased this thermometer from another merchant. Identical to one pictured here. In fact, I’m looking on this site for an alternative! I would not purchase this thermometer. Did not last for more than a few times. Disappointed!

I have used this several times and have observed that it is quick to read (as expected), accurate (according to the other two meat thermometers I have used as a comparison) and the initial quality is excellent. I like that it has two magnets on the back so it sticks firmly to the refrigerator to free up drawer space and to keep it handy.
