All Tommy Dock brackets and hardware are top of the line. Excellent quality and super easy to use. Used these with the outside corner brackets, straight brackets, and poles to build a 4'x10' dock on my lake in Iowa. Very solid dock, legs hold well and doesn't wobble at all (these plates hold well, I was a little worried as the lake is pretty solid but a few inches of mud on top, they sunk in just enough and hold really, really well!). I'm already planning out my add ons for next year! And with these brackets, adding on and reconfiguring will be really easy too! Love this product, glad I ended up choosing these after doing a lot of research.

The quality of the product is fine. What isn't fine, is Home Depot shipping a single pad when they are sold as a 2-pack. This also occurred with 2-pack of Tommy Dock augers and 2-pack of TD brackets. HD sends 1 of each... Then makes you return the items and re-order.

They air well made but are specific to Tommy Dock brand posts. Not compatible with standard pier posts.

The dock pipe base fit perfectly on the pipe and settled into the muck very well. Make sure you place the base a few inches, about 6 inches from the end of the pipe so the pipe can be pounded into the hard bottom so the base pad can rest on a more solid base for more stability

We have a whole system of Tommy dock components. This purchase was for replacement parts. These pads work great for the type of lake bottom we have.

Very sturdy, and secure when tightened. Although they were far too small for my mucky lake, I set them on a piece of 3/4 treated plywood 2 ft square, and they work perfectly.

This is a well made product that is perfect with the right size pipe. In my situation, the pipe ended up being too small in diameter, so the bolt was not long enough to hold the pipe. I ended up putting a slightly smaller nut at the end of the bolt, which filled the gap and was then able to secure the pipe. I'll have to see if this will work for the summer, after using the dock.

product was originally bought thinking I had 1 1/4 inch pipe. It turned out I had 1 1/2 pipe, I figured a way to use anyway and they worked out great! Thank You!

These Are used to keep the dock poles / legs from sinking into the mud deeper than I want them to. They work perfectly. And powder coated. Should last a long time. Great quality.

I have have a couple sets. They fit right on the 1 5/8" fence posts and also on 8 foot posts for docks. It is perfect for my portable dock. Since I use my dock on different lakes/campsites, it has to be adjustable. this is just what I needed.

First purchase this product 15 years ago and still using the original.
