Troubles
Bought a Toro Zero Turn 75754 about three years ago based on a Consumer Reports evaluation... And have had nothing but issues with it.... Mow about 1 1/2 acres every week.... Slightly sloped areas.... First the transmission puked and had to repair it.... Out of commission 3 weeks.... Now it won't start.... Justs clicks.... And when the starter does engage it only spins.... Called the Toro designated repair shop and they are 8 weeks out before they can get to it.... I would not recommend this mower.....

    Sweet ride
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new mower a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. I had a 42" Timecutter before this one and it was so reliable. After about 20 years of cutting it finally bit the dust, plus I wanted a bigger size cut. I got the ezride deck and man what a upgrade. I couldn't be happier with my new Toro

Nice engine and suspension. Terrible frame, deck, steering is stiff, engine backfiring. Wish I would've driven it before purchasing.

        Lacks dependability
I’ll begin with the positive. There my ride system makes for a comfortable ride. We bought this new in 2022 and have had to replace the belt 5 times. It is not a dependable mower and I would look else where if you’re considering purchasing. I’ve had a Toro years ago that was great but this is definitely not the case with this mower.

My Ride comfort -- meh quality parts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing saving this hunk of metal from a 1 star is the my ride suspension. So far, the front tires have gone flat, two belt replacements, the front casters need constantly oil or else they creak. The deck covers fell off and are worthless. The left and front pulleys are not aligned and need to be aligned.

            Poor quality
Toro may be the poorest mower put together!! After about 8 mows, the dampener on the right side, fell off!! Because I bought it from a non authorized dealer, NO ONE wants to work on it!! It's not a good mower, unless I got the lemon of the lot!!

            Happy Mowing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always had a garden tractor or rider to mow our lawn. I was hesitant to buy a zero turn due to some of the inclines around our farm. After talking to others I sold our garden tractor and purchased the Toro. I have been very happy with the way it handles on inclines and has cut my mowing time from 2+ hours to just under 1 hour. I did test drive 4 other brands before buying the Toro and really enjoy the My Ride system and placement of the arms. The quick sliding seat is a benefit for my wife who is shorter and also the quick change for speed control. I also like how the seat placement is comfortable AND sits lower so getting into tighter spots is a benefit.

not even close to commercial grade DNA!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have had this machine for two cutting seasons. the my ride is a nice feature. But beware-- as my mower is currently in the shop getting a new hydo transaxle on the left side after refusing to work. i bought the extended warranty so i expect they will get it back two or more times before that runs out. this machine as I am told is not designed to run more than 45 minutes at a time. so a far reach for 3 acres as advertised even on flat ground as mine is and with another rider cutting at the same time would be more than 45 minutes. hydro units are sealed and non-serviceable according to the authorized Toro repairman. and that the oil gets very hot at 45 minutes use and for further insult there is no drain plug or fill reservoir to change out the fluid after going more than 45 minutes. you have to remove the trans-axle from the machine hold it upside down to get the oil out. sightly more complex than changing dull blades. all in all i wish they would put a reservoir and drain plugs on it and just tell you to change the oil often rather than sell some story about commercial DNA bull. if you have a smaller yard it will work well for you id say under 45 min cutting time.as for the over 45 min people choose more wisely. I'm seeing a bad dog in my future. was almost there but was told by the Tractor supply person that the toro specifically was better. now hearing differently from the repair guy. other than that when it is working cuts nice ,rides good - deck belt covers flew off in under the first cut and will not stay on without modification. throttle control area with key fell out about 3rd cut and i did fix that myself. and the tires puncture easily and go flat alot. but that's not really their fault just thorns on over hanging limbs. the lower questionnaire is impossible to answer correctly. ex. would you recommend to a friend? not if his yard is bigger than 45 minutes cut time. dependability? in what circumstance? Joe 20 minute yard guy? yea be fine--mine not so much.so i guess since its about me it will seem overly negative.

              Great mower
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the MyRide system mower hoping it would help with the back fatigue and pain I usually get after mowing for an hour or more. I haven’t been disappointed. The MyRide system does a fantastic job of absorbing the bumps and jolts my bumpy yard generates in a regular zero turn. The mower cuts great and, so far, my back doesn’t bother me anymore after long periods on the mower.

This Zero Turn is great for huge acrage and small hill terrain. The gas consumption after filling it up to 3 Gallon can last from 2 to 3 hours depending on the lawn height. For my area, there is over 4 acrage and a good area to test the performance for these products over and over for accuracy. Let's break down with the white glove delivery service first. I got it on May 20, 2022 from an authourize dealer representative named Jack. His demonstration and advice on how to maintain the vehicle was clear and simple. He would also recommend on other accessories to be bought if you decide to use this vehicle if you decide to mow other lawn for money. Such as the hourmeter, mulching equipments and spare blades. Overall, he did a great job on his end and I like what Toro provides to their customer. On to the Zero Turn Mower. The usage is simple, the instruction manual is fully clear but there are videos online that can guide first time user how to navigate the control and how to start. The blades have dulled after using the mower for 8 hours and needed to be sharpen. The engine Oil also had to be changed after 5-10 hours when it first arrived. Beware, when you buy this make sure you have bought a maintenance kit (Model 139-0646) to prep. The belt had frayed and snapped as well after 3 days of usage. With Toro's warranty, the mower HAD to be in an authorized dealer shop to be inspected for repairs. Make sure to register your warranty before doing calling any appointments. Even with all the things that happen, I like the performance and it is easy to perform maintenance and repairs. To use the warranty however, you have to bring the mower or else the service dealer will charge the pickup/delivery. Blade sharpening is easy and simple, just buy a lawn mower sharpening kit with a balancer and search online how to properly sharpen the blades. Belt and pulley system seems complicated at first glance but if yout take the time to remove the deck and look at the belt diagram sticker, it is simple. The engine is the part I am most concern with. 24.5 HP but the design make it easy for grass clipping to fall in from the top. After every instances of mowing I would have to make sure the blower top is not full of grass or clog the ignition/cooling fan. Luckily, the Zero Turn has a warranty and description is included in the manual. For the engine, its 3 years / 300 hours from date of purchase. Good luck if you decide to buy this. I hope to provide an update after my belt repair!

              TimeCutter indeed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mower as a gift from my son. With my old reliable riding mower (a 21 year old Craftsman 42" deck which I bought new 21 years ago), it used to take me about 5 or 6 hours to cut my 2 acre yard. Don't get me wrong, the Craftsman was a great improvement over the push mower I was using when I first moved to this house. I see why they named it the Time Cutter. With the 54" Toro, I can get my entire yard cut in under 2 hours and it does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time with a zero turn mower. The TimeCutter MyRide does not dissappoint. It performs well and is like riding a cloud. It is also cuts my lawn in about half the time as my old riding lawn mower.

              UPSETTING
over all, average at most. $4000 for machine. tires have no tread and spin easily, tearing up grass. no mulching kit included. purchased mulch kit for another $250.00. when mulching it leaves a trail of un cut grass. this requires a half cut at a time. is this really 50in or really 25in.

OH what fun it is to ride....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be 69 in June and this is my first Zero Turn that I ever owned. It is a BLAST! My daughter and I were laughing our heads off as I mowed our 1+ acre because I had difficulty mowing a straight line (and I'm still in Turtle mode), but the yard was finished and I'll get better keeping a straight line. The fit and finish of the machine is first rate, the power more than enough, the ride is excellent, as is the quality of the cut. A big thanks to my Toro dealer as he took the time to guide my thru the operation of the mower plus the features and maintenance.

I used to use John Deere Zero turn, but it scalped my yard and the ride was so rough on my back. I tried the TORO with the seat suspension. The new Toro cuts much better and the ride is great. Just need to see the durability of the machine. I usually put around 100 hrs per summer, I will how it lasts after this yrar.
