Was confused at first because of milky color. After application and dry time it is crystal clear and really makes woodgrain pop out. It looks good.

The material was easy to apply. Know that it is important to stir the material before each tray full in order to ensure the grit dissolves in the liquid. I applied it a month ago and it seems to be doing the job. I have a sloping wooden walkway, and the slats are still non-skid. I recommend this product.

I have used this before on a concrete garage floor that tended to sweat and be very slippery. It worked perfectly, so I used it on other areas like a tile flooring area that had become very slick. Definitely like the new plastic container. It’s easier to shake it to mix the solution and it seems easier to open and close.

This is the best clear, non-slip sealer I have used. The product is easy to apply and works as advertised. I highly recommend TracSafe to anyone who wants to protect their floor with a quality and slip-free sealer.

This is a really good product that fit my needs exactly. I used it to coat my OSB subfloor (that had been recently primed with oil-based primer) to provide increased friction to minimize the chance that the floating LVP flooring (that I later installed in the small area) would move around. It worked very good. I laid down a plank (which has a dense foam backing) on the subfloor after treating it with this product to test it. With just the slightest bit of downward pressure on the plank I was unable to get it to move sideways. The thousands of tiny grits (which feels something like 120 grit sandpaper after application) in this product grips the back of the LVP's really, really good. It is imperative that you stir this product very well and often, like every time you dip your roller into it. The aggregate will settle to the bottom quickly because the liquid part of the product is nearly as thin as water. Since I had spent a lot of time prepping my subfloor and the primer was fresh and clean, I did not clean it with TSP like the instructions said. I did scuff sand it with 220 grit, though, and cleaned it with straight hot water to remove the resultant dust then let dry overnight. The bond is really good. Clean with TSP if there is any question about the cleanliness of your substrate. You're not likely to find a contractor who will do this at all, much less correctly and at a reasonable fee. I think it is definitely worth the effort and cost for a homeowner to do it herself/himself prior to floating LVP installation whether or not that part is done by a contractor.

The TracSafe did not meet my expectations. I followed the directions to the letter. I did half of our driveway to compare but I did not notice much of an improvement.

The material went on easy with good coverage and reduced the slipperyness of the sidewalk.

I was looking for something to give texture to slick tile in a pool area and this is PERFECT!

Not as much adhesion as I would’ve expected. My tile is still slippery in some areas after two solid coats.
