Excellent way to protect my floors and to create a space for home gym. I bought one set for under the elliptical machine and another for under the bench and weights.

Had to return because these are the enantiomer of their usual product. In other words, these are the non-superimposable mirror image of their usual foam flooring tiles. They are not symmetrical. I already had about 600 square feet of these in my basement. I could not add these because they are manufactured on the inverse of the template. They would only have worked if I installed them with the finished side down.

I want to replace identical tiles I bought 5 years ago that had lost their thickness in high traffic areas. The interlocking “puzzle” pattern along the edges of the new ones matches/fits into edges of the old tiles, BUT ONLY if the new tiles are face down. Is this the manufacturer’s way of forcing me to replace all of the older tiles?

The tiles go together really nicely and seem durable, but unless you are placing something decently heavy they will move around on a cement surface.
