Braun’s Express were great! But the Home Depot delivery link never changed, and still says en route when it was already delivered. It arrived a week later than the Home Depot text said it would be. The HD customer service people were useless, one was obstructive (“It’ll get there soon, I’m sure.”), but I did succeed in pressuring one to give me the shipper’s name and my tracking number. After that, I only talked to Braun’s. The actual carpet is exactly as described and just what I needed. I will ONLY BUY IN PERSON in the future.

I ordered 12ftx100ft. After canceling the first order and ordering again I get the same thing. 6ftx100ft. Talked to few people and no one could explain to meet why. Should’ve asked a kindergarten class and got better answers.

Carpet was what i wanted

It’s carpet. But when I ordered it via the site it asks for cut dimensions and I was surprised and very annoyed to find out that it wasn’t cut as per instructions. Customer service and attention to detail on the order is horrible.

Seems to be a very good product for the price. Easy to cut to fir as needed. Time will tell durability, but so far very nice for a porch carpet.

Good value for price

Couldn’t review this because it never arrived. The product was not delivered over a week after its promised date and it took 4 calls to Home Depot and two to the actual freight company to try to sort it out before finally cancelling. Ended up buying another product in-store.

I will never order online from Home Depot again. This has been nothing but a headache was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Still not here now I am waiting today. I am disgusted with Home Depot and their delivery service.

Terrific for the price. Very easy to work with. It was shipped with 3 extra feet of length.

This carpeting is absolute garbage. Very thin very poor quality. So thin you can cut it with cheap scissors. I installed it on my porch, after the installation I was so unhappy with the look, the pile the cheapness of it, I ripped it out put it in the trash. My mistake purchasing online. The photo shows a deeper line pile but the actual carpet has no line pile.

Inexpensive and high quality

This product is so thin and lightweight it is surprising it is sold as carpeting. The price is high for something of such little substance.

dont really know how good it is yet its still rolled up and i have no use for it now it took over 30 days to get it said a week for delivery was having a party and needed it for an outdoor tent. only 3 weeks late so now it sits here very unhappy with this purchase

Ordered mid January to deliver on Jan 25th. The shipping address is correct and has yet to be delivered. Someone between carrier and Home Depot has crissed wires, as the ordered item has yet to be delivered. 😞
