Everything went very smooth from order, measure to installation. Very happy overall with all aspects of the carpet update to our house. Thank you to everyone involved.

The product is great how ever delivery was a joke.. I paid for it to be delivered the next week and waited a month and had to pick it up myself!

Upset about how much carpet the installer was told to bring. The person who measured the room told the installer to bring way too much carpet. Leading em to believe i paid for way too much materials. The room that was carpeted is 11ft x 11ft, and the leftover piece is 12ft x 13ft. Enough to do a whole other room. I have the excess carpet in my garage and plan on getting money back for the materials not used.

The carpeting colors match with most everything and it is of good quality for selling our home. Unsure about its durability over time.

Carpet layer was excellent.

Carpet is exactly what I wanted and works perfect for the space, the inky problem was the install. They didn't stretch the carpet to the room and there was a lot of loose areas that I had to go rent the carpet knee stretcher to get it properly stretched. The installers also installed one of the transition strips backwards and the nails only were long enough to make it through the carpet and hardly touch the wood. I ended up buying my own nails (longer ones) to reinstall the transition strip in one room.

Really cleaned up the look of the house, and is neutral enough for anyone’s furnishings. The carpet had just been installed when we put the house on the market and it sold in 4 days, which I do believe the new carpeting contributed to.

Good quality carpet for the price.

The carp[et looks lovely. I feel like I am living in someone else's home!

Home Depot did what they said they would do, on time & cleaned up.
