From the first time sleeping with this blanket on I was blown away by the difference it made. I don’t understand the science behind it but I can tell you that I fall asleep faster and seem to sleep deeper now that I use this weighted blanket.

Whenever one of us uses it we are out for the night and sleeping in in the morning unless somebody takes it off is. It puts us in a mini coma. It is quite incredible. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Restless Leg Syndrome, and my doctor suggested a weighted blanket. This one is great! The perfect weight to help calm my legs, without being overwhelming. It doesn't feel hot, and is easy enough to put on the side until bedtime. Love it!

The Tranquility 12 lb blanket feels really good on my legs and is warm also, it takes a few times to get use to it but, the weight on my legs seems to calm down the Restless Leg. Great product.

This blanket has excellent coverage. This blanket is just so soft and comforting. It’s also easy to keep clean and store when not in use. I would highly recommend this weighted blanket to people who need a nice soft heavy blanket after a stressful day.

For reference, this is my first experience with a weighted blanket and I am 5'6 average size person. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking afternoon naps with the comforting compression and also the warmth provided by this blanket. It is just heavy enough without me feeling trapped. I think the weight factor will be an individual preference, but I really enjoy this one. The grey color blends perfectly with my decor and it folds up nicely when not in use! I would definitely recommend this blanket.

I remember my great grandmother and grandmother used to make quilts that felt like this for the cold winters. This is exactly what this reminds me of as it keeps me warm and relaxed when needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this weighted blanket, it’s the perfect weight for me, I like it’s a gray color because it goes with anything. I sleep with it every night over my sheet so I haven’t had to clean it yet but I think it should be fairly easy to clean. It’s made with good quality materials. It should last me a long time before I have to buy a new one. I would recommend this to anyone who would benefit from a weighted blanket because they have a hard time sleeping at night. I don’t get to hot with it on. I sleep a little better since I have been using this blanket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received the blanket, I took it out of the package and saw that it had 2 sides, one cotton and the other a soft plush cotton. It’s very soft!! I find this blanket to be really ideal for me on cooler days/evenings. I’ve discovered that I sleep a lot better with a weighted blanket, and can tell the difference when I don’t use one. I’m very pleased with it, with 12 lbs being just enough weight!!

The blanket is very cozy and helps me fall asleep quickly. The material is soft but very durable, really great quality!

I was excited to try this out as I am constantly up and down all night because of those symptoms. Maybe it's just me and this might work for someone else but felt more anxiety with the weight of this blanket on to of me.

Keeps me warm and snug and I feel like it’s easier for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. It’s very well made and the fabric so soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weighted blanket is the first I’ve seen or used before, so I’m not sure what I was expecting. At first it looks like an ordinary blanket until you pick it up. It’s heavy, so I think an elderly person would struggle to pick it up. It had a soft velour like outer layer and the inside is just a plain fabric. It is sewn with a pattern of squares. Some squares are empty, but others have beads in to make it weighted. Once you lift it on you, you don’t really feel the weight. It seems comforting to me and does get you warm. I used it in place of my normal blanket for the last few weeks so I could see the differences with a weighted blanket. I’m not normally anxious so I didn’t feel the need to have the weight of the blanket to comfort me, but I didn’t mind it. It kept me warm and comfortable. Now getting it off is another issue. You can’t just give it a toss off because it’s heavy. It takes some strength to lift it, so you can’t really get up too quickly. It is meant to give you deep calming pressure so you can sleep. People who have trouble falling asleep or have ADHD or stress could benefit from this blanket. Will I use it? Probably. Will I buy another? No, but again I don’t feel I have a condition that this blanket will help. I would recommend this weighted blanket to adults who have issues that keep them stressed and can’t be calmed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This weighted blanket is great! The sizing is a little smaller than a twin, but big enough to cover my whole body. It's not super heavy, but the weight seems just perfect to give you that feeling of comfort and security. The blanket has 2 sides, one a velvety softness and a cooler side so you can choose your comfort. It's summer now and the cooler side in me feels nice. It's well constructed, and seems like it's going up last quite a while.

When I first tried it, I felt a little claustrophobic, I was afraid it would crush me, I got a horrible cold with cold chills and fevers and this weighted blanket has been my new best friend. The weighted part helps put pressure on my aching body and I’ve been able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep much longer. I haven’t been awake much but I’ve felt no stress nor anxiety I can honestly say. I have little dogs that sleep with me so I’m concerned about them trying to get under it. They seem to enjoy laying on the blanket though. It’s easy to keep clean and it adds a bit of style to my bed. This is a great quality weighted blanket that’s comfortable as well.

I used this blanket during the most recent storm and I slept right through it! Overall, I would highly recommend this product!

The weight is very nicely distributed and I feel comfortable having it on. It doesn't make me feel too hot either...it's nice even when I just feel a little chill.

I'm fine once I'm under it and laying still, but trying to get under it and move around under it can be quite interesting. Once comfortable, it does seem to help me sleep a little better though! It's a bit hot to use in the heat of the summer, but I bet it will be amazing when its cold. I have found the most benefit from using it when I am having anxiety issues though. When I am having a particularly bad anxiety day, I will grab it and wrap it around my shoulders and settle into my fav chair and within a few minutes usually feel a lot calmer. I wasn't sure I believed all the hype when these blankets first became popular, but after using this one for a while, I definitely see the benefits! As someone with allergies, and pets, its not ideal that it can't be washed, but I just make sure to keep it away from them. All in all, I love it!

Well, I decided to try this Tranquility weighted blanket and am so happy I did. It is somehow reassuring with the extra weight on me. It's not super heavy, but way more than enough to notice. I've found myself getting much better sustained sleep and waking in a better frame of mind. Now I regret waiting so long to try one. Definitely pleased with this blanket.

Absolutely love it very relaxing and helps me reset mentally when I’m on a break for work. Some of my best naps are when I use it. Love the grey color option and has a great build Quality. I plan on using frequently but don’t expect it to wear out anytime soon, but it does I will for sure get another .

She says the 12 pounds is just about the right weight without it being overbearing, but it has definitely helped her maintain a complete nights rest and feeling rejuvenated the next day.
