it has lots of plugins for a verity of uses and tel. plus internet not sure if it works until i have a surge or lightning strike i hope it does

I live in a rural area and have a electric co-op as my utility provider. I have multiple power outages yearly and power surges caused by demand spikes and lightning to ground strikes often. I owned a Tripp-Lite surge protector for 5 years which finally was tripped so many times its internal warning system started to beep constantly telling me its protection was failing due to just plain being worn out from doing its job. Not once in dozens of surge protection activation did my Tripp-Lite fail to save my equipment from damage. Bought another Tripp-Lite surge protector to replace the worn out unit confident it will work just as well, and I was proven correct, as the power surges have continued and my equipment is still undamaged.

I purchased this surge protector based on recommendations and for all the features. I like how it has a high joule rating and how long the power cord is. I also like that it has room for the transformer style of power cords.

For protection and power to my desk computer with printer and monitor. I did not use the Modem/Coax/Ethernet jacks because the cable is not long enough as computer and phone outlets are in separate rooms. I had another company's model but now they do not make them they used to. This model is sturdily made unlike the thin encasing that seem to be the standard produced by other companies. Very pleased with it. Considering getting another for another desk computer and or laptop and a couple of desk lamps.

Covers all the protection you need for your PC and the long cord is a perfect addition for easy install.. Love the LAN input protection and does NOT slow down any internet speed.. I have owned many tripp lite surge protectors through the yrs and they just get better!!

My 'high dollar' brand failed and lead me to believe that my stereo had stopped working. After investigating, I researched this brand and model with great success for a replacement. I purchased one and have been very pleased with it.

I have one that is used for the computer etc. and one for our entertainment center. They seem to work great at this point. We haven't had any other surges that we know of.

How do you improve on greatness, keep making awesome products and back them with a high $$$$ warranty against damage.... Great surge protector, awesome guarantee on your equipment and great design, all work well and allows me to plug in everything I need for my computer.

Small, compact and plenty of cord length. Everything fits, works great!

That long cord is great - gives a lot more choices as to the location of the unit - more versatile than so many other similar products.

This product protects my TV and all my audio devices. It is sturdy, reliant, and I have never had a problem since I installed it.

Product received and works as described..no need yet to test the warranty.

Though I've only owned this product for three months, I have found no issue to date. Maybe it's too early to tell but all seems well so far.

Provides the functionality I need in my home office along with peace of mind regarding protecting my computer and other electronics I have connected.

The best thing about this surge protector is the extra long cord. It makes it so much easier to decide where to place it.

We had a lightning strike last year and bought this product because it allowed ethernet protection which we did not have previously. Very few products seem to have this capability. We also liked the joules rating and the number of available outlets. It is also compact and keeps the cords neatly under the desk.

Highly recommend. It is low-profile and handles several outlets of varying degrees. Three thumbs up with only two thumbs rating.

This came as advertised. Easy installation. Excellent options (such as closing off unwanted outlets) and clarity from the instructions regarding grounded outlets etc. (we have an older house so sometimes this can be a tricky area). No complaints whatsoever.

Product works great and is a great value! Plug spacing works well for transformers (wall worts).

No issues. Delivery was prompt and as advertised. There has been no incident yet to use the surge suppressor but all reviews were positive which is the reason I purchased two.

Purrchased to protect a new 32" LED tv & fios set-top box. Glad I did. We've had several power surges & brief outages. Like the full replacement warranty & the build quality & design features.

After losing my WildBlue satellite modem to lightning a couple of years ago, I ordered and installed this wonderful product on my phone line and on my modem input as well. My computer, printer, speakers and other components are all hooked up to the surge protector, and in spite of many severe thunderstorms in rural Oklahoma, I have not had a repeat problem since. With the many power outages we also have, I feel protected against the surge when power is suddenly restored. You'll appreciate the peace of mind offered by this product!

I took a direct hit not long ago from a thunder storm in the area and the TLP810 surge keep all the electronics connected into it safe.

We have had numerous storms with lighting and power outages and this Tripp Lite has protected our television two computers and printers without fail. How could anyone go wrong buying a Tripp lite which are also reasonably priced.

I live in Florida, the lightning capitol of the United States, and I would be a fool not to protect my expensive electronics with anything but the best, and that's Tripp-Lite. I speak from real experience. On two separate occasions, major lightning surges were stopped dead by my Tripp-Lite equipment. Unfortunately, because the surge was so intense, the Tripp-Lite gear lost it's protection. I contacted Tripp-Lite, and without any hassle what so ever; my Tripp-Lite gear was replaced, and quickly. What more can I say about a company that makes products that do what they are supposed to do, and stands behind them with a warranty that means what it says.
