Piece of Junk
Bought Nov 2022. Worked great first fall. Used in 2023 & it ran for about 10 mins, then died. Could not get started until letting set for about 10-15 mins then it would run for another 15 mins. Customer Support recommended using Sea Foam with fuel. Tried Sea Foam & it did run better, but every now & then it dies and won’t start for 15 mins. It seems engine/carb is temperamental to the fuel. If fuel is over 45 days old, even with Sea Foam mixed, it doesn't run worth a darn.

Not as good as expected
Looked good out of the box, ran well but...made noise when tilted using bottom handle Unit has a bad torque effect, the blower wanted to rotate, was very unpleasant to use hand wrist was sore. There is handle to hold onto on the bottom, had to use because that torque , but that tilting exposed the rubbing issue which was good, as it was returned, glad I did and will not buy another one.

Quit blowing update
Oct 11 was 2 years from purchase. Used it maybe 8 times. Called the Troybilt number and they gave me a Case Number and location of repair shop. I assumed the case number will be used by the shop to charge Troy Bilt for the repair but they told me is just a reference # for Troy Bilt and I'll have to pay. Warranty 2 years, work hours on the unit less than 3 hours, I was 3 days over the 2 years warranty. Pathetic.

QUIT BLOWING
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must have used this 8, maybe9 times , every time less than 10-15 minutes since I have a small driveway. Last 3-4 times did not blow at full capacity, was going high and than drop. Today engine started slow than kind of stabilized at high revs but stopped blowing. Engine running but is no air flow at the outlet.

Recoil Starter is Junk
Recoil starter is a piece of crap. Only used the blower 5 times in the first three months and have had it apart 3 times already. Warranty center they gave me is no longer in business and next nearest is over two hours away. I'd definitely avoid this one until they redesign the starter mechanism.

Garbage and no support
Worked for 3 months and quit, authorized repair dealer online told me they do not work on hand held equipment even though they are listed as being a service center (Hellybucks is the store listed) All other service centers are not close to home. First Troy Bilt unit bought and I will never buy another and will share my experience with others. All I wante at this point was a replacement and I will give this one back to Troy Bilt but they told be they cannot do that. Total disappointment, its brand new! Never again! Case# 09158014

Broke after 4 months
I bought this in March 2023. Went to start this a few weeks ago and the pull cord was frozen. The store would not take it back so I contacted TroyBilt. They gave me complaint # and told me where to bring for service. Called service center and they told me about two weeks PLUS I might have to pay out of pocket. Long story short thanks to YouTube I found the problem being a stuck piston/valve. I cleaned it out with carb cleaner but it just kept recurring. Piece of junk I left by the curb.

BEWARE OF PULL CORD ISSUES
Very east to put together. Used twice after I recieved the blower. I read other reviews regarding pull cord issues but wanted to give it a try because I needed a blower. Third time using I started to have pull cord issues. Cord jams and then the cord will not go back in. I am not sure if it is a design issue or if the mechanism inside is not of quality. It feels like it will break at any minute and not sure what to do. I have had this item for only a month!
