It's a nice clothes closet, the only two negative things I didn't like about it is, the instructions are almost useless and the quality of the particle board is not as it used to be long ago, it is less compact and sort of cheaply made

Not to hard to assemble its sturdy. The box is heavy make sure you have a mini van when picking up. So much space I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I'm in love with this armoire!! Wasn't hard to assemble at all . It's very sturdy has lots of room I'm very happy with my purchase!

Missing pieces, very small and difficult to put together

-This is overall a very good product. For laminated particle board it's much sturdier than I imagined. If it ever bows or bends it'll take many years and some humidity for it to happen. It's large enough to eliminate a great deal of clutter while not taking too much floor space. I didn't need to fasten it to the wall but it's nice that the hardware is there for those who have uneven floors or children who climb furniture. It arrived two weeks early. Some damage to the edges of the packaging but no damage to the product inside. NOTE: It's shipped in two boxes that are rather heavy. The backboard is one folded piece that looks like one piece until unfolded. Leave it in one piece for rigidity. When attaching the backboard, space the nails 3" apart all the way around and you'll have a few left over to run up the middle behind the vertical shelf support. Very nice color. -This is a 5 star product except for the following minor issues:(1) The packaging is lacking and needs outer corner protectors applied by the manufacturer.(2) Instructions are somewhat vague, making it easy to assemble some of it backwards. Take your time, don't get frustrated.(3) Grey bins are high quality but aren't long (deep) enough to fill the length of the shelf.(4) Curtains aren't nicely pressed or creased like in the product photos. I'll be ironing mine. - I will definitely get another of these if I ever see the need for it. I'm so happy with how it changed my room that I actually showed pictures of it to some friends.

This dresser is such a beautiful color and the design is so unique. It’s durable, heavy, and easy to assemble and holds so much stuff. This dresser is a complete space saver. Great for small rooms.

Assembly was a bit of a task...at first. Once you get the center portion done started it all comes together fairly easily after that. Looks great but I still wish it were cheaper. Holding up great after the abuse I put it through stuffing every inch of it with cloths and other crap around my room. I would definitely buy one of these again.

When buying this product I knew the risks on the possibility of missing pieces when from previous recent reviews. So I took that risk and hoped for the best. when it first came in, I had pretty much the majority of the pieces With the exception of the back board along with the 2 largest pieces, the side ends of the shelf. So without any indication that a part 2 delivery was in place A WEEK LATER, I returned the product. Today I just got what was the missing parts without notice, and unsure what to do with the lone three pieces

I was so excited to get this and I went to the store to pick up the idea and it seemed like but it was shrunk wrapped. When I got it home the next day it literally had 3 pieces, no drawers/ screws/ even instructions. It had two side panels and a part of the back frame, customer service was no help either. - I either had to return it myself, by driving back to the store. - called homedepot.com (AFTER A 45MIN WAIT) and they were nice but the only option was to set it outside and wait for UPS to pick it up & still have to wait for my refund and place a WHOLE NEW ORDER. Needless to say, I would still have to pay an additional $55 just for it to get delivered to my house and honestly I was sent 3 pieces and I have no clue how you mess up an order that bad. Furthermore, I'm looking for another place to purchase a similar item from, this was my first and likely last time buying from them.

I am quite pleased with this item. I do wish there was a better way to keep the rods in place, but overall this is great and amazing product. The quality is truly nice.

We haven't actually had an opportunity to put them together yet, but they automatically get only half the stars because we opened them up and not a stinking thing is labeled so that you know which part you're holding. That's a fail.

This is a sturdy, spacious, and functional piece. You can easily store items on top, you can remove the cloth bins which are of excellent quality and use the space for whatever you want. There are no doors, so you don't need additional room space to open doors. You can also easily replace the curtain with a longer curtain of a different design or fabric. I highly recommend this piece for small spaces, the wood is heavy, not floppy. It will last a long time and serve you well.

great for extra clothing storage in bedroom. Sturdy, well made.

Nice piece for the price

To many pieces can’t put it together So I’m not able to use it is sitting up against my wall It’s great we can buy stuff online but it sucks when you get it home and you can’t put it together you guys should think of that most of your people who buy stuff are women you need to make stuff a little easier for us

I like the function. Quality seems good for pressed wood. I rated 3 because piece was missing as shipped. They only sent half of backing board. It is sturdy enough with only half the backing board on. It is up against wall so you dont see it anyway. When you are in (what i call the closest part) you just see painted wall at the back of the closet part. Also i dont think the packaging is the best. There was minor damage on one of the corners. Again luckily it is a corner that is out of sight. I like the flexibility of shelves and the fabric cubby baskets are decent in my opinion for the money

Difficult/impossible instructions. Poor quality for the price. How do I get a return or refund?

I like this product for my closet. It fits perfectly and looks good. Only some small demerges were on back panels.

This item, after getting through the instructions, came together like the picture. One front corner was broken, out of box, was able to Hot Glue the piece back in place. No Problem, works great for my needs.

Still working on putting it together... instructions for assembly are a bit vague. Instructions are showing pieces with labels but the pieces do not... it would be helpful if the pieces were tagged as in the instructions.

Took a little while to put it together, but it wasn’t very difficult. Just look closely at the illustrations. Make sure you have identified the parts correctly. And DON’T use a power screwdriver!!! Do it by hand. It’s too easy to strip out the screw holes.

Shipment came fast; color is exactly as shown; nice quality for an assembly job, easy and clear instructions; however, one socket for curtain holder and one plastic weight-bearing piece were missing from the shipment.

Box is very heavy. Impossible Chinese directions. Still sitting on floor waiting to be put together.

For starters, the box was messed up so there is styrofoam everywhere in my car and my house. Some of the pieces are a little chipped but nothing to major. Mine came with no instructions and all the hardware was in one bag together and not separated. So it took twice as long to put it together.
