Bought the 8x16 about three weeks ago. Went together in a day (foundation was the previous day) very easily with clear directions. Very happy with the product, but it does require a couple of modifications. Door latch that comes with the greenhouse pops open with a breeze. Easily remedied with a quick Amazon purchase. Also, the vents in the top have a gap when closed, so we applied foam tape strips to those and the door to help seal it up. Highly recommend sealing the panels with clear silicone as well if you are in colder temps (we are Idaho). Overall, very happy with our purchase!

This is a amazing greenhouse. It took my husband and son 2 days of about 5 hours each day to put together. I do not recommend you put it together when its windy!! They had to tie down each wall till they all connected lol

Got the greenhouse for Christmas and just now got it put up. It looks great and I think it will do what I need it to do

I ordered the Veikous 8x14 greenhouse to start a hobby garden in my front yard. It arrived a week later in 2 separate boxes. I knew from other reviews that it needed to have a sturdy foundation, so I laid out some railroad ties the size of the greenhouse and leveled them. I was skeptical at first wether it would hold up to strong winds, but as it came together, I secured it to the foundation and found it to be solid. The instructions were straight forward and when I got it completed, I put a bead of silicon around each panel. I'm confident it'll still be holding strong for years to come and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Ok, full disclosure, I'm a DIYer and have erected a few of these projects before. I rate the product only and based on the price to was selling for compared to other comparable products. It arrived with about a dozen damaged items, It was not packaged well at all! The manufacturers have invented an aluminum that is so thin its almost impossible for it to not to be damaged even in regular handling. All the items were in the package with extras. Instructions were clear enough that my 10 year old put some of the components together like the ridges, doors and end walls. Took about 7 hours and went without a hitch. The assembled product is a little flimsy which was expected. I started with a 2" x 6" treated board base atop a row of cinder blocks all staked in the ground with 3 ft stakes. I bolted the base rails to the treated board with 1/4" lag screws. The green house will not last in our parts without additional components to stabilize. I will be adding internal hurricane straps running from the base to 1/2 way along the roof rafters and vertical support poles to support the roof as it will not handle our snow load and caulking the panels for additional strength. I may add more framing after that but you get what you pay for. In all better than I expected.

I purchased this for a hobby for my son but it quickly became a family project. We love projects so yay! The directions are well written but there are also YouTube videos. With 3 people we could have put this together in about a day. We took longer because we mounted it to 4x4’s and secure it (we get high winds). We also made adjustable shelves, so we can raise or lower shelves depending on the size of plants. We also chose a protected area that has full sun! It’s great! We did make some changes I would recommend. We made a custom screen door. In addition to the one provided. It slips in easy and provides some air flow. Greenhouses get hot! We also bought some flashing to put on both sides of the walls.Gives it a more finished look. Caulking it recommend and we are still figuring out how we want shade it. Right now the shade it is working pretty well, it kept the inside temp just under 100 degrees. We moved the vent bracket to the outside so we can add a screen or maybe a solar fan. It’s fun so far!

Bought January 2023. My husband mortared a brick perimeter foundation while I assembled that we anchored the greenhouse to. Anchoring is essential if you have wind at all in your area as the whole greenhouse is very light even when assembled. Very easy to be put together, recommend reading all the way through the instructions before starting and laying out all your pieces in numerical order. I added clear caulking around (on the inside of the greenhouse) every panel. The margins on the sides that hold the panels in place are too slim and with enough wind, will billow the panels and pop them out. One particularly windy day left me running around my backyard and neighbor's yards reclaiming blown out panels and spending hours working to reinstall them. It also leaked heat horribly during the winter...you should have seen my electric bill! Caulking will keep it more energy efficient. Another modification I added was velcro strips on the outside edge where the door hits when open where I could attach around the handle to keep the door open when it got hot outside. Otherwise it's too hot inside for plants to live with the door closed, and the door bangs open/shut in the wind. On the same note, I added (on the inside) velcro strips so I could secure the door closed behind me when working in it in the cold. The door left open allows too much heat to escape in early seed starting season. I also added a greenhouse fan to the vent window to help pull out heat. Overall it is very roomy inside, tall enough for me to walk around in, looks clean and a bit more contemporary, space enough for two metal shelves for storage and seed starting. This summer begins the hunt for the perfect little metal bistro table and chair, hanging decorative lights, and enjoying warm mornings among the green and growing things inside the greenhouse!

We put ours together ourselves. Directions were on point. We also fastened ours to the concert. It’s a nice greenhouse that fit our budget, and our patio. My plants are loving it, and so am I.

It took my husband and I over a day to assemble the greenhouse in January. We may have been able to do it in a day,if we weren't so cold and we had more daylight. We both thought the design of the parts of the greenhouse was ingenious. They thought of everything. I am so happy with it. We bought a digital thermometer and put it in there to keep track of the daily fluctuations. Since it's January, I haven't put very many plants in it yet. In a few weeks I will start some seeds. I am glad that we put it in our yard where we did.

Good value for the money. Very fast delivery. Items are very well packaged- no damage.

Takes a while to put up but looks and works good

This is a very good greenhouse for the money. Just my size and price. I wanted something mainly to start seedlings and keep plants safe in winter. The directions for assembly are easy to understand; all parts come clearly labeled. I was able to assembled parts myself. Pleased with purchase.

Love it . Easy to install and strong in wind

It is simply perfect, you can keep lots of plants.

Takes 6 to 8 hrs to assemble. Even though the parts feel flimsy, once assembled as one whole product, it is very firm and steady.

Good instructions and an easy build for one person. I took my time and was finished still in 3 days.

Totally love this. It was a task to put it together but I did manage it by myself.

A friend and I took a little over 8 hours to assemble. We had heard from others to really pay attention to the instructions , and had watched the video. It turned out better than expected for the nice price.

I got this greenhouse to grow vegetables outdoors but in a controlled environment.

Love my space for plants this winter. Platform built separate. Not included in greenhouse. This really does look great once together. I was very skeptical when it came. Once it was up, I was very pleased. Well worth the effort.

The Greenhouse is well made and will protect our garden during cold weather

So far so good! Assembly took me about 3 days on and off by myself. It is actually very good looking. I look forward to seeing how it handles the winter.
