2 of the shades were fabricated at the wrong width...

Top Quality Shades
Superior shades in workmanship, design, and materials. Not easy to install, but I was able to do so flawlessly by following the instructions to the letter. Anyone reasonably handy with tools can install these shades.

I was disappointed that nearly 2 inches was deducted from...
I was disappointed that nearly 2 inches was deducted from the shade width to accommodate the shade pull. Now the shade doesn’t cover the window glass. The steel chain is heavy and noisy and pulls from the opposite direction than stated. The front chain lowers the blind and the back chain raises. It is awkward to get the chain pull from behind the lowered shade in order to raise it. Ordering the roller direction as a top down was a mistake. Too much gap makes the shade useless for privacy.

Replaced another brand woven shade. This is much lighter...
Replaced another brand woven shade. This is much lighter and easy to raise and lower. Also easy to install. Definitely an improvement over the other brand.

Curtains were thinner than expected based upon the sample in the store. Additionally, installation was terrible and curtains hang at either an angle or off center.

Never again
terrible customer service, 2 blinds which were incorrect in size and took over 6 months to have installed. These two replacements were ready 3 months apart and I had to wait to have installed together or pay a second install fee.

I have 4 windows with these shades two of them...
I have 4 windows with these shades two of them no longer roll up like they are made to. They have been installed for about two months and they already have big problems.

If a cordless shade has been tending to slide down on its own or has been failing to roll up, the issue can be easily fixed by turning the adjustment dial towards the plus, “+”, to increase the tension. Shades are just okay..but 3rd party installer..
This brand is just okay. Recommend declining Home Depots "professional installation" option though as the company Waterscapes (Darlington) was the absolute worst! He took the measurements, didn't factor in obstructions and installed incorrectly. Calls were ignored, so had to request money back. So because this entire experience was extremely painful and I have to return the shades, I have to give this a 2-star.
