I bought it from Amazon and installed it recently. It looks very luxury. What I like about the unit: 1) the water temp can be set and the next time you just need to turn the water flow. Water gets to the desired temperature within 5-10 seconds, verus 1 min in the old system. 2) the water fall is tall enough, so I don't have to bend my neck to shower. FYI, I am 5'10" and most standard shower head is not tall enough. 3) The finishing looks very nice, solidly built and it looks like something that would last a life time.

We recently renovated our bathroom. After looking at many shower columns, we finally narrowed on to this. Easy to install (follow the instructions), inbuilt thermostatic valve and ability to use all showers at a time are some of the great features of this. We have been using this for close to three weeks and enjoy it. Thanks.

Super easy installation by my plumber. In fact it took less time than he had estimated to install. My sons love all the features and use them all. My youngest son said the water pressure feels stronger now - bonus!

We have one in our master shower and have purchased another for the guest bathroom.

I was concerned about the pressure of the water I have...I live at 4700ft and draw water from a well...after checking the gpm i was at 2 gpm which is close to the required minimum required...the tower was easy to install and the pressure was great...this is an awsome product and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs to upgrade...the instructions say the temp scald setting is under the knob, there is a screw under the knob but this is not the temp adjustment...push in the button on the knob and you can adjust the temp setting past the fixed scald setting...a little confusing...nevertheless a great product...

Unit works well after I swapped out the 1.8 gpm flow restrictor for the 2.5 gpm restrictor. Makes a big difference in the quality of your shower time.

Works great and leaves behind no hard water stains. Best decision.

I had it installed 3 weeks ago and am very pleased with how easy it is to use. And the shower head is wonderful.

This is so easy to use and all the options make it the best shower I have ever had. I wish I had buy one years ago.

Very good products. It looks elegant. Only problem is upper drill location in instruction is 0.5 inch higher than it is supposed to be. It should be 8 in , not 7 and 1/2 in

After a few delays I finally installed my new Vigo shower panel and used it for the first time this morning , I absolutely love it , its so nice to have a pre-set water temperature ( no more messing around with the hot and cold taps to get the right temperature every time ) , and having a switch to turn on and off each shower array is really handy also . The installation instructions were easy to follow , no problems there .

Do anybody have the specification # for the valve and hand Held having problems passing plumbing inspection. Thanks⁰

Customer service checked my warranty, ordered my part, shipped within 5 days. My plumber installed and my shower works better now then when I first had shower system installed.

Beautiful shower panel. It goes great with our remodeled bathroom. Great features. The only thing I would need is some more water pressure! Overall it is really great

I have been using this product for a few months, I wish the jets were stronger.

We did a primary bathroom remodel. We bought this panel and it has delivered. The shower head feels soothing. The last button when set in the middle adjusts the temperature and it's always spot on.

Replaced another Vigo after several years (I think the hoses were kinked but went ahead and replaced unit). I wish they had similar bracket spacing so I didn’t have to drill more holes for new brackets. The hoses they use kink easily so be careful. Overall, good unit for the price.

This shower panel is awesome. Delivers has described.

Happy with the purchase. I had same one before but calcium build up damaged knobs. It was too expensive too but parts so bought whole thing so that I don’t have to replumb for new shower.

Very happy with this shower panel. Installation was easy, it looks very good and is easy to clean. The one thing I would say is that the symbols next to the dials aren't very obvious. Still, a very good shower panel!

Great column, but no option to have the keys on as the same time as the rain shower. so i took one star off. Overall, very nice finish

Nice shower tower, though my husband took out the restrictors as many recommended. The only problem is that the bar holding the shower head has already come loose and there doesn't seem to be a way to tighten it. My husband is going to take it apart and add a gasket or something to fix it. Other than that, it's working great and looks good.

Love this shower. Have had it for many years and it works great. Even my granddaughter brings in her Barbie dolls and toys to spend some time under the shower.

Looks good, works great. (Remember to remove flow restrictors.)

Works as advertised. You may want a plumber to set the water preasure higher for the system. The default setting are pretty low velocity
