Love my new kitchen faucet! It makes a statement in my kitchen and I love how it looks along my island. #vigo love your products will definitely buy more when it’s time to upgrade the bathroom.

I like how it looks and handles.. the only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because the extendable tip of the faucet does not go all the way back (flush) when you leave it. It needs to be manually pushed into place. Not sure if it's an issue with the product or an installation problem.

I consider myself very handy and I’ve been around home building and renovations for over 30 years, so I feel my review should help a lot of people. First off, you can’t beat the price for what you get. It’s very modern looking and sleek. Easy to install. You should have running water within 30 minutes and that is even if you are not that handy. The build quality seems solid and well engineered. It has a neat humming sound when the water runs which my wife thought something was wrong with it but in fact it is made to produce high pressure through a smaller nozzle so you get a lot of spray in a concentrated area which I like. That to me is good engineering. I gave it a 4/5 for the same reason most other people did and that is because the darn paint chips off of it very quickly after you start using it. The paint job is still pretty good in general but some parts of it like the lever for water ON/OFF is sensitive to chipping off. I’m not sure how they will fix this issue, but it seems to be a general theme throughout the reviews. It also came with a scratch out of the box on the main stem where the water flows out but I didn’t want to sound like a whiner so I did not call to complain. I just pulled out a Sharpie marker and touched it up. You can see the touch up if you look closely. Otherwise VIGO, your faucet functions really well, just cosmetically it’s a pain in the behind. It’s like when you spot your first grey hair, it makes you upset. I would still recommend this product if you are not OCPD like me and worry about every little scratch.

Functional with a sleek look. Love it!

We’ve had this faucet for about a month now. It looks great in the kitchen with the granite sink. Excellent water pressure. The only thing that would give it 5 stars is a spray function. It was supposed to be black but it’s more of a pewter but that’s ok for us cause it matches our cabinet handles, but if you’re looking for black, it’s not jet black.

We love how it looks in our new kitchen. Stunning and sleek. The one disappointment is that the pull down spray isn't actually a spray. It flows the same as a regular faucet when pulled down. Description made it seem like it had a spray function. Also not sure if it's the design but it moves around a bit in it's base. Works fine but the main faucet piece has some give.

We love the overall look and functionality of the faucet, but really dissatisfied with the finish quality. We purchased the matte black, it’s chipping/peeling and is a gold/copper color underneath. We didn’t scratch or damage it in any way so I’m unsure why this is happening.

Not only is it beautiful but very functional and easy to use

It is super sleek, I put it in my laundry room where I have a lot of black and gray elements and wanted a nice look in there.

Beautiful faucet. Just what I was looking for. Install was relatively easy. Just an fyi... The water supply lines are too short.. They are only 20 inches. The bottom of my countertop to the cabinet floor, where the water supply is, measures 29inches. You gain a few inches in the height of the water supply valves and the water lines from the faucet but the cold water line from the faucet only sticks out a couple inches. So ends up being short by a few inches. I had to go buy longer lines but not a huge deal.

I ordered this and never saw it in person. I LOVE IT! Super sleek and cool looking Sprayer is soft and works well. The only bad thing is if you shut off from spraying and turn back on it stays in spraying.... my old faucet didnt. But I love it and also bought the soap dispenser to match

This is a great looking faucet. I don't know how it works yet. The plastic clip that holds the sprayer hose was broken. Ill need a replacement part before use.

I bought the faucet a month ago and I absolutely love

We bought this in anticipation for our kitchen remodel and I am so glad we did. It looks beautiful with our black quartz sink. It was pretty easy to install and the nozzle detaches and attaches pretty easily when needed.

I received my brass Vigo Faucet a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the quality and smoothness of how it works! It arrived well protected, I was very impressed with the quality and service I have received.

I just installed my new Vigo pull-down spray kitchen faucet in matte black. I love the matte black look and sleek design. The spray switch works great and the spray is very powerful. The spray head retracts and clips back in the faucet well. The lever to turn on the faucet is slim but strong. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. This is a great product for the cost! The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the hot and cold engraving on the faucet lever are backwards compared to the hot and cold water lines. I.e., if you turn the lever towards you it is cold even though the faucet is engraved “H” for hot. However, the simple fix is to swap the water lines. Vigo should fix this manufacturing defect.

Only issue, sprayer notch must align with the one on the faucet to retract and it isn’t always effortless to do so. This becomes annoying when you frequently use the sprayer and it shouldn’t be.

This faucet and soap dispenser were definitely a great decision to upgrade our kitchen. When I first saw this faucet online I loved how sleek and modern it looked without being too extra. This faucet gives ample water flow and the pullout feature makes reaching every corner of the sink of big pot and pan a breeze! This particular faucet was out of stock in all of my nearby stores and online shops and I can definitely see why. It’s simple yet sophisticated and definitely upgrades the look of a kitchen. The soap dispenser was very easy to install and easy to refill and there has been absolutely no issues with it pumping out the soap. One pump is all you really need to get your dish sponge all sudsy and ready to clean up messes in an instant, it also makes the space look less cluttered and clean. Definitely happy with this purchase. Hoping these will last us a very long time!
