Very happy with the new faucet. Good water GPM and the touchless system when doing messy cooking is very handy. Don't know how I lived so long without one. We'll see how it holds up. I gave it a four rating because the instructions were lacking on how to get the touchless system to work. My plumber couldn't figure it out. There is rotating wheel on the on the left-hand side of the of control panel that has to be rotated to the down position to activate the touchless system. Hope future instructions can clarify the procedure. Was able to figure it out by experimentation.

So far so good! We just installed this in our kitchen 2 weeks ago. It was easy to install. The finish looks great and everything feels durable. It has really good pressure. My wife thinks the sprayer is rather small but that is just part of the design. So modern and sleek. No complaints so far.

Beautiful faucet, works as intended and is easy to use; not providing a tool to tighten the faucet to the sink prevented me from giving a 5 star rating; not having the proper tools included - and are not easy to find - makes it very difficult to properly secure the faucet to the sink without having to hire a professional which is an added expense.

Beautiful faucet and soap dispenser! It works great. You do, however, have to push up the pull down after using or it has a black gap since it doesn't retract fully.

Just purchased and installed my new kitchen faucet. It was easy the only downside to the faucet is the spray nozzle doesn't fit back into the slot with the weight and needs to be helped. Not a big deal but enough to lose a star for the price point.

Good product. Color is great and always looks clean. Doesn't have the shower option but I'm not going to complain. Works well!

Beautiful faucet, in love! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the pull down part doesn't have a long enough cord in my opinion, and there was a small nick on the handle.

Beautiful faucet, just what I wanted. Only improvement I would make is having the cold position in the forward position and the hot in the back for right-handed use. It would save use of heated water and be safer for children to use.

Purchase this over a year ago and finally installed in our new laundry room remodel. Beautiful and perfect for that contemporary farm look. Easy to install and my general contractor team/plumber love the look. Works well

The matte black faucet just looks amazing in our kitchen. Amazing customer service.

Easy to use and looks great. The pull out srayer doesnt automatically snap back into place though. You have to fiddle with it to get it nested back in. Other than that, it very nice and works well.

It is beautiful. It feels high quality. It functions well. I don’t like that the sprayer doesn’t automatically retract it has to be pushed back in place and the handle comes loose but tightens back without a problem. For the difference in price of the higher end faucet that it looks like it is worth it to me.

Beautiful and functional design. Good pricing. Beats the high priced brand. It’s simplicity is such a relief from the battery powered/touch control that we had previously and would never purchase again.

This is a great faucet. The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is the pullout sprayer hose could be a couple of inches longer. I really like the toggle function between spray and normal modes. I also like the spray strength and pattern.

The design of the pull down uses a weight not a spring like our other. Hits the cabinet under neith when you pull it.

Can't get over how smooth the temperature and flow control is, very precise, light touch. (compared to previous faucet from D---a) Sweet. Spray from the pull down is powerful.

Looks great but the flow seems less than our old faucet but I guess that's better than pressure too high.

I love this faucet. The old Moen was small and had no pull out feature. Now I can spray my double sinks with ease and fill up my large Brita water filter without having to drop it into the sink. Awesome product and it looks very sleek and modern!

One month of using this in our kitchen, very beautiful. Doesn’t stain easily at all. The spray is so-so in terms of water pressure but overall functions well. No issues.
