The unit should have been watertight - not allowing water to leak through the seal strips and onto the outer side of the shower screen. Dear Customer,

We are sorry that you had challenges during installation of our shower screen. Installation can be done on shower bases and stalls as long as there is enough support and these are plumb and square with the wall. Because our shower screens are not adjustable and we do not advise modifications to our products, returning the shower screen to the retailer is the only option next to keeping the shower screen and installing it in another shower room.
