Disappointed that water pressure is poor. Previous shower head had great pressure.
Well packaged. Quality is excellent. Extremely easy to install. Looks amazing. Would buy again if I can increase the water pressure.

Nice unit
Unit works well after I swapped out the 1.8 gpm flow restrictor for the 2.5 gpm restrictor. Makes a big difference in the quality of your shower time.

Big Problem
The water flow is limited to 1.8 GPM because it is designed for California. The have a $2.00 part that will fix it, but they charge you for it, as well as $10 shipping. The instructions are bad, too.

Worst possible faucet ever
Purchased this faucet about a year and half ago, now I have to replaced it. The seal broke and the faucet is leaking constantly and to top it off the paint is chipping off the hose .

Paint Peels
I have contacted multiple VIGO customer service agents about peeling paint in several places on the shower tower.
It started peeling on the wand in about 4 months of use and now the jets and the corners of the tower itself.
The first time I reached out they were quick and responsive. Now that I am having more areas of paint peeling they have not been responsive or polite. I requested a full refund due to their faulty product but they refuse and will not send me parts to replace. Buyer beware!

A great bathtub addition
After a few delays I finally installed my new Vigo shower panel and used it for the first time this morning , I absolutely love it , its so nice to have a pre-set water temperature ( no more messing around with the hot and cold taps to get the right temperature every time ) , and having a switch to turn on and off each shower array is really handy also . The installation instructions were easy to follow , no problems there .

VIGO Bowery 5 in. Shower Massage Panel with Square
We did a primary bathroom remodel. We bought this panel and it has delivered. The shower head feels soothing. The last button when set in the middle adjusts the temperature and it's always spot on.

Water pressure is horrible but....
Look at the back where the water comes into the shower system and remove the connector to remove the regulator (meant for California). You can replace with one for your state but Vigo wanted to charge me for it. No thanks. Without the water regulator it works as advertised. With the regulator the shower head doesn't use all the holes and the hand wand... forget it; it just dribbles out. It's ONLY usable without the regulator. If you live in California, definitely don't buy this one

The flow restrictor is there to control the water flow to 1.8 gpm (gallons per minute) as more and more states are now getting stricter with water consumption. However, we do have a 2.5 gpm flow restrictor that can replace the 1.8 gpm flow restrictor for customers who live outside of these states. We only require a copy of the sales receipt or a screenshot of the online order information along with shipping information so we can ship it out for free. Good but wish they were consistent
Replaced another Vigo after several years (I think the hoses were kinked but went ahead and replaced unit). I wish they had similar bracket spacing so I didn’t have to drill more holes for new brackets. The hoses they use kink easily so be careful. Overall, good unit for the price.

I love my new vigo shower panel, but the paint...
I love my new vigo shower panel, but the paint scratches off too easily. Particularly around where the shower head connects to the unit. I exchanged the first one I purchased because of this issue; but the second did the same thing. We installed it anyway, but I worry that the paint chipping/scratching will worsen over time.

Functional Shower Panel
Happy with the purchase. I had same one before but calcium build up damaged knobs. It was too expensive too but parts so bought whole thing so that I don’t have to replumb for new shower.
