GREAT SHOWER DOOR, THICK GLASS, LOVE THE HARDWARE!!!!!

This is a quality door. Only problem is that parts were missing. Called customer service said they would send missing parts but still haven't received parts after 2 weeks.

The door is absolutely beautiful.

Have not been able to install it. It was never mentioned that I need to get specific installation people. My contractor would not do it.

The Vigo Pirouette is the second Vigo shower door system I have installed. It is a great product and the instructions are helpful. This shower replaces a fiber glass one piece unit and is a wonderful upgrade.

The door imploded and am waiting for a new one. The glass shattered..... just awful and frightening

I’m a finish carpenter with 25 years experience and I did it with no problem but I will tell you I never need to read directions on most things because I’m very mechanically inclined but I had to read every part of the directions on these shower doors. They are very well built will last a lifetime

It is a quality door. Opens and closes easily. Only drawback is that the bottom "seal" on the door is not quite long enough (vertical measure) to keep droplets of water from getting through. No wet floor, but droplets of water along the outside edge of of the shower base.

Was a awesome addition to my bathroom renovation.

Looks great. I omitted side plastic seals and threshold for a cleaner look. Screws provided are not sufficient to hold door. Pay attention to getting left or right door - not interchangeable. Documentation has some errors and lack of clarity. 2 person install.

Glass in thick and durable . The hardware appears beautiful and is almost red in color at certain angles . Some of the pieces ( strip that goes accross bottom ) started chipping in areas ( from door sweep catching ) . Frameless doors do Leak and that is not brand specific . They all do ! . Nothing you can do but be careful . The door Itself is beautiful and can tell it will last awhile . I did call Vigo directly and they sent me a new piece that was chipping . However , this shouldn’t be happening .

Look nice

We purchased this door a year ago and we absolutely love it. We wanted the clean look of a frameless door, and this model lived up to the bill. If you have a small enclosure that you want to freshen up, this adjustable door is for you!

Just installed it. A little tough to do by yourself, but I did it!

The door is very pretty installed. The only drawback is that the water runs off the outside edge of the door to the floor when you open it. It would be great if it was designed to let the water run off to the inside of the shower. Overall, we are pleased with the door.

The documentation for this door implies it can be used as either a right or left door. Unless I missed something, it can't. Fortunately for me, it fitted what I was looking for. You will probably have to substitute longer screws for the ones provided, and the installation documentation is not clear in a couple of places. I didn't install the end plastic strips for a cleaner look. If not for the foregoing I would give it 5 stars - a beautiful product.

I purchased and installed this door in March 2016. Last week ( August 2018) the screws clamping the door glass slipped due to sloppy installation ( I installed it). I contacted Vigo and they sent me, free of charge, new hinges. For a company to stand behind there product like this is really remarkable these days!

the door looks fantastic, and install with relatively straight forward (my wife and I did it). Only giving this 4 stars as after install it was realized that the bracket hinges which hold the glass door were missing a part and the glass door slips out of position if left open for more than a couple of minutes. Customer support was easy to get a hold of, and replacement parts seem to be easy to get (they havent arrived yet). Overall fantastic door!

I bought this shower door three years ago and have not a single problem with it! Just now buying the bottom door seal. Love this shower door. Would recommend this shower door for everyone!!

We were looking for a really good quality shower door for our upstairs bath in our newly built home. Our contractor suggested getting thicker glass than is typical and the VIGO Pirouette fit our needs perfectly. The adjustability of the product really made installation straightforward. We're very pleased with the look.

The glass door was well packed and arrived undamaged. It's 3 boxes attached to a skid and SOOO heavy, it would be nice if delivery meant into a house. It took 2 people almost all day and they were quite disappointed in the directions as the order in which to do things was out of order but they got there in the end. The door is lovely, solid and thick good quality glass. Best I've ever seen to be sure. It's only been in use for a week, but it seems like it'll last a long time. It includes 2 glass shelves, by the way.

Just finished installing this door-- on my own, I might add, although Vigo wouldn't recommend that. It went up flawlessly, and looks even better than I was hoping. I ordered online, and was surprised at how thick and heavy the glass is. Amazingly easy installation, and like I said, looks great.

This door really brought together our bathroom. It's elegant and a lot easier to install than most say. Also you really can't beat the customer service!!! Hands down best company to work with!

Just finishing up installation in a new tiled shower. This is a very well made product and nicely designed. A very good and beautiful compliment to a complete bath redo. We looked at a lot of shower doors before selecting this one and glad we did. The only issue during installation was longer screws were required for the fixed panel supports to reach the studs behind the tile and backer board. The 1-5/8" long screws furnished just did not provide sufficient embedment.

We installed a new shower during our remodel and wanted a frame-less door that didn't leak. We are so pleased with the door in all ways and highly recommend it. I did a lot of research online and this door had consistently great reviews. We did follow the advice of some reviewers and chose antique rather than oil rubbed bronze. It's a great match for our fixtures because we didn't want black. The contractor said it was nice that the door was adjustable for width. Everything about this door is good, we don't get any leakage outside of the shower. The built in shelves look nice and are really functional. I have never had a shower this nice!
