The pergola arrived missing parts which had to be reordered directly from the NEA company. That company was very helpful. I am still missing parts though and need to reorder some that I realized were not included. Honestly, this project is not difficult but if you just built a wood pergoal (which you have to do anyway) and painted or stained it white, you could do it in a fraction of the time. Also the self tapping screws they sent with the unit are soft and easily strip out even on the lowest drill setting. If I had to do it over again I would just build a wood pergola, bolt it together, and get a box of quality stainless screws. One last thing, I built this to specs and it wobbles. This must happen a lot because when I called the NEA company, they were ready with an additional knee brace kit custom made for this unit. But I did not purchase that due to the already exorbitant expense of this thing, and also because I think I can build more attractive knee braces. To keep it from wobbling I lag bolted it to the house and in hindsight, I would likely just build it with 3 posts and attach it to a ledger against the house instead of as seen in the picture.

Exactly what we were expecting. Looks nice and easy to do.

Looks good for price. Was not that difficult to put up per instructions. Using the right screws sometimes was a issue. Even with the 4"X 4" wood post and shims not as stable as I would have liked. Still would recommend purchase for what it is.

We made a few modifications such as using longer screws and larger bolts for added strength. All the end caps are glued hope it lasts and we don’t lose parts in the wind.

Fairly easy to put together. Company representative even called to see if we had any questions/concerns with product!

The pergola looks beautiful! I really love it. It was more difficult to assemble than expected, but the finished product it spectacular.

The pergola itself is great and exactly as advertised. However, during the delivery the adhesive was damaged which is why this overall rating is 4 and not 5 stars.

It arrived very well packaged and easy to set up. New England Arbors even assisted with modifications. Excellent product.

This pergola was very easy to install. I used it on an incline which was a walkway leading up the side of my garage up to the wrap-around porch. I also had to make modifications since the company doesn’t provide a kit for such an occurrence. I also made the width 8’ since size unavailable.

The instructions are as good as any do it yourself kit I have seen. One part was damaged in shipment, and a phone call to the company had it replaced promptly. There was no wait time on that phone call, which almost never happens these days. This is a very good value.

Purchased this pergola to match our white vinyl fence. Works perfectly! The job can be completed within a day, depending on your trial and error phase. I placed ours on a concrete slab, so it's highly recommended that you have a hammer drill, 4-4x4 wood post for the four main posts, and wedge anchors to hold down the metal brackets to the concrete. The job reqiuires a minimum of two people and would recommend hiring a professional if you are not handy. We've received numerous compliments on and it's only been up for one day. Great price for a great product.

The ordering process, the price, the delivery, the free shipping, were all excellent. I have not installed the pergola yet, but I will return to provide more feedback when I do. As far as I can tell. it is a very good quality item. The pieces are pristine, white PVC. Exactly what I wanted. As I said, I will return to provide feedback on the installation documents after setting it up.

Pergola looks beautiful on the deck. Be sure to order brackets if installing on wood deck. Having to place a second order slowed our process

Our contractor had no problems putting the pergota together and it looks very nice.

My husband and I put it up in 6 hours. It is so beautiful, we did order the shades for it the following week. It makes it more awesome!!! I totally recommend purchasing this pergola!

Well made pergola. Easy instructions. Took 1 day to install. Very fast delivery after ordering. UPS delivered it three days after ordering it online. Only issue was one of the three tubes of sealant had a small hole in it and was not usable.

The Pergola was everything I hoped for. Perfect size and offers us shade above our hot tub. I had someone out it together. They said it was pretty easy if you read the instructions. They did buy better screwsbecause they said the screws that came with it were not very good.

My husband and I put this beautiful Pergola up. He did most of the work! Instructions were perfect. All parts were included and marked perfectly. It was a pleasure to put up and now we can enjoy this beautiful addition to our garden area. All positive no dislikes. We are elated with our Pergola as it exceeded our expectations.

We installed two of these pergolas on our deck, one on each end of our house, and they look fantastic! They are top quality, and I believe they will last for years to come! Two handymen put them up, and each took a day. The directions didn't include it, but we slanted the roof on this pergola 2 inches, and that makes the water run off better. Be sure to include the weather-treated lumber pieces where instructed. We had transparent, shaded corrugated roof panels installed, and that is the way to go. They look fabulous and you can keep furniture with cushions, and an outdoor rug underneath it. Our pergola is against our house on 1 1/2 sides, and the flashing keeps the water out. The pergolas look like an extension of our house, and we couldn't be happier. We will be spending a lot of time outside on our deck. Excellent product!
