Only a little over a month and the cushions sink in places you have sit down at after getting up. The back cushion where you sit does it as well. Looks so unpleasant. Very disappointed!! Over $800 dollars wasted.

Easy to assemble, looks nice BUT the material looks cheap and that sucks considering the price. Also the couch is so stiff, you basically bounce back off of it from trying to sit. Hopefully it breaks in

This couch is absolutely fantastic. However it does take patience to assemble. It’s well worth the wait, it’s firm and comfortable. Best first couch experience!!

The couch is very aesthetically pleasing, however it is EXTREMELY HARD!! It is by far the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on in my life! It’s also very small. There is no way to comfortably sit on this couch. Huge waste of money.

I was actually expecting something quite a bit more substantial for the price, and I don't know how long this is going to hold up to my family's use. The cushions are "squishing," the framework is light-weight . . . and I actually expected it to be DELIVERED, assembled, instead of having to put it together. Admittedly, I was able to easily put it together with assistance from my family, and it was a fun "family time" event, but Home Depot stretched the phrase "some assembly required."

Very small! This sofa does not fit 6 by any stretch. Seats 4 comfortably.

The size and format is exactly what I wanted but the quality is very disappointing. The color is faded and worn looking and the corners are really worn, it almost looks like this may have been a return that had been tattered and worn. Another very disappointing thing about this couch is that it came very compacted. I have tried to steam to get some of the wrinkles and overly pressed seams out but to no avail, again, this coach appears to be used or a return. Not happy at all but because of the depressed market with furniture right now I feel we have to keep it.

It came without some brackets to attach the corner piece. We contacted the vendor and they said they would send replacements, then never answered any calls. After a month without a back part that holds the whole sofa together, it started to be squeaky and break. So we called to return the whole thing. The armrest was also very cheaply made and cracked from just leaning on it. Altogether not a very good experience...

This is the worst product. Super cheap material & not worth the price. I returned this couch right away. The filling is like styrofoam

It seems sturdy enough. It looks nice. BUT it is REALLY small. It says 6 seats, but if you count the ottoman, it might be 5. There is no real way to contact customer service to rectify issues. I'm not sure that I would buy this again, and I certainly wouldn't order something like this from HD again. Their customer service is garbage.

The Sofa skirt on the back lower seat Edge side is ripped and hanging after receiving the package. Very cheap material ! The color was perfect. I suggest not home only office use Not comfortable at all sorry

The quality, fabric, filling was very poor. I returned and would not recommend.

Unless the sofa is going up against walls in the corner, it is not the most stable piece. It is comfortable enough for the price point. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult for one person.

Awesome comfortable couch price was fantastic! Very satisfied

We had to drill holes to be able to put part of the back on the couch because the holes didn’t match up. The cushions already have sunken in areas where people have sat and the fabric is not very resistant to snagging.

Love it and it look nice. It was the correct color and easy to put together. the staff at home depot was very helpful in loading the item safely. I had start shopping at home depo for more items, like house hold cleaning item and furniture. Thanks Home Depo

I got this couch for my daughter as a houswarming gift in September she is a petite little thing she takes care of her stuff and this couch looks worn as soon as you sit on it the couch is not very sturdy either pretty pricey for something made so cheap that cant handle someone such as her size iv never seen a piece of furniture look so worn so quickly not happy at all

Item that arrived is really a standard gray, not the blue-gray as in product description. So the color was better than expected. That said, this is VERY cheaply built sofa and would not recommend it to anyone. I'm hoping to get two years wear from it. A similar design is currently available elsewhere and MUCH higher quality for the same price. However that item was a few inches larger than my space could accommodate. I made the regretable decision to pay the same price for this shabbily constructed item from Home Depot. I didn't realize how poor the quality was until I assembled it. There were no reviews of this product at the time I purchased, so offering this review for anyone considering it. This is the first and last time I buy furniture at Home Depot. I hope Home Depot reconsider offering such poor quality items.

I should have known when the item arrived missing a piece that there would be an issue. The sectional looked nice enough once assembled (assembly was rather simple), but it did not take long for the poor quality of some pieces to be revealed. None of the pillow are attached to the sofa in anyway, so you have to constantly put them back into place; any movement can cause them to shift, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable position. The cushions are pretty comfortable and are basically the couch's saving grace. The large pillows began to rip within 30 days of the product's arrival. I contacted Home Depot to get replacement pillows and the ottoman cushion that never arrived; they referred me to the manufacturer. The young lady I spoke with there was very rude when I told her Home Depot gave me their number. After she hung up on me, I contacted Home Depot again and somehow was able to get the missing ottoman cushion delivered, but the pillows were not available because the couch was discontinued. Overall, this item did not meet my expectations and left a lot to be desired in terms of comfort and quality.
