This product's wood is of good material but all the other parts are poorly made. The legs are week and 2 of 4 caved in as soon as the vanity was set up right with the glass basin on top. Parts were missing and there were NO instructions enclosed. After repeated failed attempts (2days) to speak with someone at Virtue USA they finally answered and emailed a "picture book" guide to setting up the sink. Drain does not look like one pictured and looks terrible with ridges showing Enclosed under sink piping is too long and has to be forced on top of the top shelf behind frosted glass door or you have to cut a whole. I really wish I could get a full refund but then I would still be out of the money from the professional plumbers (attempted) install charge. Poor experience, poor customer service and a terrible mess. I've been cheated and the vanity is not worth the money or the hassle i've had. Vanity currently sitting there doing the "gangsta lean" and i keep getting the voice man for their customer service.

Was damaged and not in shipping. They shipped it damaged. Looks like they tried to fix it and did a terrible job. Not a happy customer right now.

Definitely not solid oak as described. I can provide pictures. Received a defective item And did not get support, a split in the "solid" wood. Forget about the manufacturer even caring to speak to you. The instructions are terrible including telling you what you get but you don't. good luck dealing with the manufacturer and Home Depot will just blame it all on them and not get involved. What? Didn't I buy this from Home Depot? Oh, and do not bother paying for the extra shipping to bring it inside. I had to give the delivery people an extra $40 to bring it in, even though I already paid the extra $30, otherwise they were leaving it on the curb in the weather. As others said good luck trying to figure out how to cover the supply lines. If you are going chrome not a big deal you can use a tail piece. Otherwise, don't expect it to match.

Easy to assemble and looks great. I wish it would come with a faucet included. The only improvement would be to have some type of pipe from under the faucet to the top of the wood to hide the two faucet supply lines. Otherwise, I really like the design and how nice the floating countertop/sink looks. One note - to keep the counter clean, you need to clean both the top and bottom of the glass, otherwise stains and smudges on the underside will show through.

This vanity is the highlight of my bathroom. I love it as well as everyone that has seen it. Keeping it clean is a challenge but well worth the look. It's easy to scratch; I have a few minor ones and not sure if it happened when it was installed or not but I am being extra careful not to get anymore new ones.

This vanity is really classy and gives a rich look but not good if you are looking for storage space as well. Also the legs does not have enough room to screw in properly and hold tight. It comes out very easily when you are trying to adjust... But it looks very pretty once you set it up...

like another reviewer said , no instructions come with this, that being said it's pretty straight forward, however I will add you need an Allen key to connect the screws to the glass cabinet, and some clear caulk around the drain before u screw it together. also some others said they had a hard time finding a faucet, the one I used had an inch and 3/8 diameter requirement and it fit perfect. I will need a sleeze to cover the bottom of faucet but thats expected as that would normally be under the vanity.

Selected this piece for a bathroom remodel. It is beautiful once assembled, but really took some work. There were absolutely ZERO instructions included in the box. Fortunately, my plumber was able to figure it all out. Additionally, there seems to have been some parts plumbing wise that required adapters. It does not come with a faucet, which I knew beforehand, and can be quite the challenge to find. Since I looked at this vanity from several vendors, I was able to find the dimensions of the faucet needed on another site. I then purchased a waterfall faucet which is really beautiful. It is shown in the picture attached. While there is still more work in the bathroom itself to be done, I'm pleased with the outcome of the piece, and is very solid and stylish. You'll need a determined plumber/handyman.

I was actually more than impressed with this product and the brand. I bought it online so I felt as if I was buying I blind and I never had heard from the brand before. Based on the price compare to others "I bought the cheap one" and so my expectations were something decent and just good enough. I was amazingly surprise. The product arrived on time and fast, they most have spend a lot of money in the packaging because it was solid. Then opening e product itself was more amazement as it was made of excellent quality. Actual strong wood and built with perfection. The drawers have the "anti-slam" on them, even the middle glass cabinets. The faucet parts were also of very high quality. It was super easy to install nd I was surprise that it wasn't super heavy.

Nice looking vanity fast setup

The photo doesn't show the water lines or the drain line that shows once installed. While I know that is something we should notice and be able to digest, it didn't occur to me until after we installed the vanity. There should be some decorative casing for each of these pieces. Also one of our drawer slides is running rough. I have both submitted an online inquiry and left a voicemail for customer service and haven't heard back. Very disappointing.

An extremely good looking vanity that could use some upgrades to make it more worthy of the price. In particular, the middle shelf in the center should be moveable for ease of plumbing installation, the 4 legs (and 2 for the glass top) should be made of a stronger material (they are plastic), the rear top shelf fasteners should be metal (the plastic ones self destruct almost instantly).

Very nice but the leg adjust is too limited. My floor was uneven and i had to shim the front legs with dark silicone pads for the shower. A faucet should be included. I bought a high end kohler one but the fact that its mounted above the glass allows the copper supply lines to be seen. Tacky!

If I ever imagined something as good looking on pictures to be this horrible I would've never bought it. Thanks Home Depot, but would be better if you could say that this product is piece of gunk.

Poor, the item did not come with faucet as noted online and we had to cut pieces of the cabinet shelf to fit the tubes for the drains.

Overall nice quality. There is certaintly some skill required to overcome the faucet installation. I used a threaded rod and coupler, + a chrome waste arm/tail pipe and escolon to adapt. The manufacturer is no help & wouldnt responding to requests to replace a bad piece. Not solid oak as described.

Received this beautiful vanity yesterday. It is very solidly built. I will echo a previous comments about the instructions being useless. The questions that I have for Virtu, which I asked via email on their website and have not received a response to yet are: 1) To hide the faucet lines, where specifically can I find a plumbing cover to match. I have searched for hours and have yet to find anything. 2) From a design perspective, why not include a generic plumbing cover with the unit? I would pay an extra $25-$30 to not have to find/build a plumbing cover that matches. Shipping & packaging were spot on. It was received in a week from the order date and was packaged well.

I had this unit for 5 months. It smelled horrible-like formaldehyde. Luckily, Home Depot was amazing and gave me a full refund but this product was awful!

it's beautiful but has 2 major design flaws that you can't see in the photo. The drain pipe is not covered so you see the bear threads under the sink, and even worse, the faucet, which does not come with it, stops at the glass top, so the supply lines are visible under the glass top. If they fixed these 2 issues this would be a great vanity. I'm sorry I purchased this vanity.

UNBELIEVABLE! You see the single whole faucet in the picture? It's not installed. Because if it was, the supply lines will show through the clear glass. Don't waste your time with this garbage.

Few chips in vanity but not in visible places

Unit looks good but plan on spending extra money on this unit. I had to go to Home Depot to buy better twist locks because the ones that are provided are junk. They broke with a half of a turn. Also, the brass nut that it comes with is a very thin piece of metal (made in China).

We bought this piece while remodeling guest bathroom in our house. Product looks really good on the picture. Unfortunately it doesn't look the same in real. We ended up returning it to the store.

well built cabinet ...legs are a bit cheap and wish there was a finish option on them.. there is a problem with the bowl/faucet ...when i wash my hands in it like i always do the water flies all over...but i am a guy...so going to try to turn the flow down on the faucet..i think the shape of the bowl has something to do with it to...it could drop pff to the bottom quicker

The legs are plastic, not metal. Cheap materials in an expensive vanity. Oh, and when they deliver it they make it your problem to dispose of the pallet.
