Ok lets be serious for a minute. I just bought this fridge only a month ago. So far, I love it. I bought this because it is marketed as a "garage ready" fridge. I encourage you to do just a bit of research to learn what this means. This is an idea that really makes sense to me. As far as rating this - I repeat, I have only had this for a month. All works great for 30 days now.
I picked the unit up at the Oregon City store. I ordered online and tried the deliver to your car program for the first time and it was seamless. I would do this again for a similar item. Four young men lifted the boxed fridge into my pickup and I was on my way home in minutes. The Vissani fridge/freeze unit was boxed well with no blemish of any kind. I was able to muscle the unit out of my truck by myself and lower it safely to a small hand truck and wheel to right it to place in my garage. I credit this ability partially to the quality protective packaging it came in.
Bottom line, this unit is clean, bright, and laid out well on the inside. Is there a little risk going with a brand (Vissani) that I am not familiar with? Maybe. But so far I am very pleased with this product. I researched the Portland area for anything comparable. I could not find anything comparable in this size and price range. THIS WAS SUCH A GREAT DEAL I AM WILLING TO TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS ONE.

It does everything a refrigerator needs to do and is big enough to handle my family of four. The shelves on the door can be arranged for any larger items and the bins pull out easily. There are no motherboards or digital readouts to go haywire and it does not leak on the floor so I am very happy with it! When you are putting the handle on it, the screws are already in there. The four in the bag are extra!
