This fan is perfect for our kitchen.

This fan is much smaller than the older Vornado fan I'm replacing, but it packs the same punch in circulating all the room air, and at low speed is very quiet. I'm so pleased I may buy another one for my guest room.

It was pretty much what I was expecting since I've have 2 previous Voronado fans. Great quality and perfect for a one room air mover. It showed up when they said it would and I have zero complaints! Would recommend to all who asked.

I cannot say enough good things about this fan. It is fairly quiet, powerful, and easy to adjust. One of the features that attracted me to this fan was the four speeds rather than the usual two or three. It produces a great flow of air at the lowest (quietest) setting. I am using it to cool a hot computer in my living room. I was able to point it slightly down to blow directly into the side of the computer. It is perfect for that use and I can easily hear my TV over the fan. Only minor nuisance noted is having to restart and adjust speed after power is cut off. I only bring that up in the interest of full disclosure. Outstanding product!

It is a very nice and powerful fan.Its a bit pricey and i wish it pushed more air..also for $80 it shoukd include more options and remote.

I purchased the fans to be used in a lg room where 14 female senior citizen go 2x a week for one hr to exercise.They haven’t had much use at this time as the area is now being heated.I like the fan(s) however, you can’t please all the women all the time!Doesn’t oscillate,doesn’t have a stand, etc.

Our previous Vornado fan lasted >10 years with frequent use. This new one seems to be built better, is sturdier, has four speeds, is quieter than our old one, and looks sharp. Glad we got it.

I bought the 560 for my home office and am happy with it, since it's still more than powerful enough--I usually keep it on a low setting--and yet it's also quieter than the other models I've owned, and on the lower settings, it's not disruptive to my many work calls. I've generally been buying and using the 660-level fans from Vornado, figuring that even with smaller rooms, it's good to have that large capacity to circulate air. But now I realize that the medium-sized fan is plenty, especially because the larger fans can be a bit more distracting with their noise, even if they are still quiet compared with other conventional fans. Although I've had the 560 for only a month or so, my other Vornado fans (including a gray model that's no longer being sold) have lasted years and still work great.

This is the best overall fan. Nice color--fan circulating the room is a plus.. Good buy also..I give it a gold star!

Our air conditioner had been on the fritz and with the circulator, we were able to keep the temperatures in the living areas down. This circulator is a very nice design with a stable base. It's very quiet on the lowest setting, and still powerful enough to cool a room. The higher settings are amazing with how powerful it is. The only con is that I wish it turned on to the lowest setting. It is a bit abrupt to turn it on to the powerful blast of air, even though it's the medium setting. I wish it would oscillate too, but that's okay. Overall, great product and would definitely recommend.

When temperatures are still low, this helped circulate the hot air from the vents nicely in our living room. It also helped our visiting Grnadpa, who did not like the higher heater temps in the house fan himself off and use it as a personnel fan. He gave the Vornado 2 thumbs up and try to borrow it from us. We are excited to use it to circulate air on our upper floors in the summer. These rooms get stuffy in the hot heat and I am pretty sure this little fan will help.

I have bought many fans over the past 10 years and seem to have to replace them often due to high use. The Vornado produces a high volume of air circulation in a fraction of the size of a standard box fan. The air output is great for both small and larger rooms. Have used primarily in a bedroom, but also have used in a living room and can tell a huge difference in both settings. The price is a little higher, but it is worth it for the quality. If you're on the fence on the price, I would recommend spending the extra for the Vornado.

Despite being a little more costly, it's a high quality fan that really does circulate air throughout the entirety of a room. There are a total four fan speeds and even on the lowest setting, and despite furniture seemingly blocking direct air flow, I continue to feel a nice breeze. I've kept my fan downstairs next to an air-conditioning vent in our main living area. This really helps circulate our air conditioning downstairs and allows us to increase our thermostat by a couple degrees without sacrificing comfortability. While the highest fan speed setting is a bit louder, I tend to use this setting when I'm not present in the room, and upon returning, I simply knock it down to a lower fan speed setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my Vornado Medium Air Circulator. Taking it out of the box I immediately noticed the quality of the fan and how sturdy it was. I like that it is compact and I am extremely impressed with how powerful it is. There are four different settings and the controls are push buttons. At the two lower settings the fan isn't very loud, but at the highest settings I find the fan to be some what loud. Not a rattling noise but just the powerful blow of the fan. It's very compact and fits nicely on my dresser and I love the all black finish, it just looks modern, and not like your typical table top fan. I've never owned a fan as powerful as the Vornado Medium Air Circulator, and I would definitely recommend this circulator to anyone looking to buy a powerful and quality fan.

It has 2 speeds and it's more powerful than I thought it would be. It works great in smaller and medium sized rooms. It appears to be made very durable and will last a long time I'm sure. It's better than the fan I was using prior to it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fan for a bedroom or even a larger room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little bit skeptical when opening the box of this air circulator, I assumed that this fan would be like others that I have tried before to no avail. I really was not expecting much at all of this air circulator but I was plesently surprised. From the moment that I plugged it in, I was amazed at the quality. I plugged the fan in and faced it up at the ceiling in my dining room, and I nearly immediately heard from the living room my roommate complaining that I was blowing cold air at him even though I had the fan faced straight in the air. Even though I only had it on high for a few moments, the air in both rooms was spinning around and had a fresh breeze through the whole area. It was really incredible, I then plugged the fan back in in my living room near the heater, again i assumed that the air circulator really wouldnt work that well to spread heat around and I tried the air circulator first on the low setting then the high setting. It worked a small amount on the low setting, spreading a small amount of warm air around the room but mostly cold. On the high setting, the fan blew around a lot of air but not that warm at all. Mostly it just blew cold air around. I also tried this to see how fast this air circulator could cool off the room. So I opened up my living room window and placed the fan on the sill, turned off our heater and turned the fan on high, within two minutes the whole house was cold, not just the living room. I cannot wait to use this on hot summer days with my air conditioner and enjoy the whole house being nice and ice cold. All in all though, I gave this the highest rating because it definitely earned it. Well worth the money, definitely should consider this product if you are looking for a very powerful fan.
