I spent days researching and looking online at vinyl railing systems and brands for the right one. My biggest concern was that the kits would show up and feel cheap or not be rock solid sturdy. I finally pulled the trigger on the weatherables at a good balance of price and quality it seemed. When the pallet arrived everything was well packaged and damage free. Shipping was surprisingly quick and the delivery guy helped offload everything for us even. Overall I am very impressed with the quality, and any concerns of this system feeling cheap or flimsy installed are gone. It is rock solid and looks perfect. Hope this helps someone else on the fence about what brand to buy.

They looked very nice. I don’t know how hard it was to install since I paid for that work. I am very satisfied with the rails. They are sturdy and very pretty.

We had problems with instructions (stairs) but at the end we manage to get beautiful results.

They are ok. I did have a problem with the holes where the poles go in. They were too small, so I had to drill them out to make them bigger. I would recommend having a "helper" when it comes time to put the top in place onto the poles. Doing it by yourself is a tad rough. Other than that, no problems.

The only struggle was installing end covers, otherwise i came pretty good.

Easy to assemble.All parts were correct.Disappointed in the fact that the vinyl posts I ordered, scratch and stain very easily.Also noticed some areas on posts and rails where vinyl had thin spots.

Exactly what we were looking for. They are very sturdy and were easy to install. They are a very nice compliment to our new deck.

We ordered these to use on our replacement deck. They were easy to install and are very sturdy. My husband commented that he had no idea they would have an aluminum support beam running through the top and the bottom. Extremely happy with our purchase.

We have over $1,000 invested in these on a very expensive composite deck. Weatherables does not package the product well at all. It would be a good product, but without good packaging and poor customer service I would not buy them again. They look awful due to all the marks where the railings rubbed together. I was able to lightly sand some with very fine grit sandpaper and then spray a clear coat to make them look shinny again. Just not worth the headaches, and not able to get them looking factory again.

Very poor customer service. Needed a couple post sleeves to finish a deck project. Weatherables site wanted $28.50 in shipping for a couple of $11 post sleeves. The Weatherables rep told me to special order through Home Depot which I tried. After a lengthy and unnecessarily complicated call between HD and Weatherables the order was done and now the shipping to the store was $50 ! No luck having it waved by Weatherables. Do they just make up shipping charges up on the fly ? Home Depot was very helpful though. The railing itself is decent, however the end caps where the rails meet the posts do not fit well and have large gaps.

the product itself is absolutely fantastic easy to work with and appears to be very durable. However, the finished product is only going to be as good as the post that exist. If the post that are already there are out of square for incorrectly installed it will have a bearing on the ease of installation and the final appearance.

Very good product. Easy to cut and assemble, except some of the spindle holes were too small and had to made slightly bigger. Then went in easily even with one person.

assembly was easy, directions were clear and easy to follow.

Easy to assemble and the end result looks good. Feels sturdy and the finish is really nice. Only issue is with the decorative caps that go over the railing ends. The caps fit snuggly IF everything is perfect. There's no room for error. The caps could've been designed a little better with more tolerance.

They Look great and they were easy to install. I would recommend them to everyone.
